buyer beware
When I ordered my 1st lock I called because I was unsure which lock I needed. The sales person advised me which lock I needed. When I received the lock and installed it, it was not the correct lock. When I called back I was told I would need to purchase additional software in order to get that lock to work or purchase the correct lock and return the incorrect lock. So, I purchased another lock, returned the 1st lock that you told me to buy. My return was non-refundable because we had installed it! Even though nothing was wrong with it. So, I now have a $750 paperweight! Will never order from this company again.

Not what I wanted, not what I ordered
I ordered a plate with an oil rubbed bronze finish for my front door. The first plate I received had a stainless finish. I requested a return and refund which was denied. They tried to make it right by sending me a new plate in the finish I originally ordered. However, what they call oil rubbed bronze is just brown. It does not match any oil rubbed bronze finish on any merchandise at any store I have been to. Now I have two plates that do not match my hardware and that I cannot use. And I'm out $38.00. Frustrating and aggravating. What do I do with these?
