We have engaged Keytracker for many years, and throughout that time their service has remained consistently dependable. Their team is professional and courteous in all interactions. Response times are notably efficient, and requests for assistance are handled promptly and effectively. Support is available whenever required, and matters are addressed without unnecessary delay. Their reliability and consistency over an extended period have made them a trusted service provider for our operations.

Had a Key Tracker cabinet in our office for several years. The cabinet system works really well and makes key audits really simple. It's really easy to arranges spares, sundries and servicing and the Sales and Service Teams are really helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

We've used Keytracker to control our keys in a heavily regulated industry, absolute game changer for us. I ran through our needs with the engineer who found the product we needed and we've not looked back since. Very helpful and attentive staff and the engineers who come to site to service can't do enough for you. Very highly recommend

Thankfully we have had minimal issues with our system. However Lisa is always on hand to support and get things done. Her regular check ins are truly appreciated within our business.

We had a issue just before the Christmas break that were the result of the office move and could have left us exposed. Reported to Key tracker and what we needed was on its way the same day. Lisa B (License & Warranty Manager) went above and beyond to ensure we had the replacement hardware before Christmas and we remained functional. She was super friendly which was also well received and understood the urgency.

We use Keytracker for both our Sales and Service sides for cabinets and consumables and the Service I get from Simone who handles our orders has always been great.
