I recently had an outstanding service experience with Keyzee, thanks to Jona. Her prompt and efficient handling of my order was remarkable. She ensured that the keys and fob for were delivered swiftly and without hassle. Thanks for the feedback. Your order was part of a security system changeover we were assisting the manager with. They asked us to allow orders to come in for up to 4 weeks before the changeover and to deliver the orders the week of the changeover. We should have communicated this better with you.
Your order came in on the first day of ordering being open and was kept on hold until the week of the changeover when it was fulfilled.
