Terrific System and Service
No more travelling to the authorised locksmith or to the overworked OC Manager to have security keys duplicated.
The keys requested arrived the following day! Highly recommend Keyzee based on my experience.

Keyzee is not easy
Devices have still not been delivered (partial delivery complete). System did not work as designed (would not recognise address). tech support fixed this issue, but it still led to delays.

We're quite unsure why you've given us 1-Star. Your order was fully delivered in 5 business days. Perhaps you've not received it as you requested it to be delivered to a 3rd party?
We're not sure what other delays there were as your owners corporation manager had just started using our system so perhaps there was some issue there.

Slow to post the key
Prompt in taking payment, very slow to post the key to me though. It arrived 13 business days after I ordered it.

Apologies you didn't have the best experience.
At the time you ordered we informed you that it can take up to 10 business days for a key depending on the locksmith's workload. We dispatched your key within this time-frame and unfortunately due to AusPost delays it arrived a few days later than expected.

Thanks for leaving a review. Our customer service team was trying to reach you on a few occasions as the delivery address you provided was invalid. Once we had your delivery address the keys were dispatched the same-day.

Abraham is bright & an soo helpful. I had to work out it was another company Keyzee which provided fobs. He said 'You can do it' when unclear instructions cropped up.
