We apologize for the inconvenience but we have to deny this claim that these are not genuine airpods, these are seller-upgraded and refurbished.
Please note that these are replaced with aftermarket Grade A OEM Parts and we can't compare them with brand new as the quality may differ because of the refurbishment process.
If you are looking for flawless quality and performance, we request you to kindly buy brand new Apple Airpods from our website with Apple Warranty, these brand new items start from £240.00. These are refurbished products and that's the reason why they are cheaper than the brand-new ones.
You are still covered with the seller warranty as well as eligible for a full refund but for that, we have to get the item back so that we can raise an investigation with the suppliers. We source thousands of items from different suppliers around the UK so until we get this item back we are unable to recognize the supplier or from which batch it was sold.

Misleading website discount prices
Purchased 2 packs of Litogo solar lights order No #KFD#1147 as advertised on their website at £14.79 per pack, a delivery was made by Amazon unfortunately I only received one pack, emailed and phoned the company many times I finally received a reply which informed me that the item was incorrectly listed and the price I paid was for one pack of 4 lights, therefore I have paid £29.58 for the lights this has made them more expensive than any other supplier on the internet.
The lights are still listed on the website at £14.79 per pack of 4, this is totally misleading so buyers beware the prices are not always what they seem

I ordered some lights on the 11th November 2023, the wrong item was sent they ignored numerous emails. After months they finally accepted it was their fault and that the item was no longer available.
I have sent the item back nearly 2 weeks now, I paid the postage of £5.39, provided the PO proof of posting and also proof that they received the item. They continued to ignore my request for a refund which is £47.36. The latest from them is they are going to look into this.
I have now advised them that I will be starting a chargeback to recover my money as it's obvious they have no intention of returning my money. I started a CC chargeback before but missed a 14 day deadline to reply to CC provider as I was away so they closed the case.
I find it difficult to believe a company in the UK can behave like this, after all we lead the world in good customer service.

Excellent value for money products which after research were cheaper than other comparison sites and even though the price was cheaper this company didn't compromising on the quality of the product which was brilliant. The site was easy to navigate which meant finding products really easy and hassle free, we love our outside garden lights so much we purchased 2 set.

We ordered 2 sets of outdoor bulb link lights,
Both came in great time, the electrical man fitted them linked them and 2 bulbs on the second set wasn't working, we changed the 2 bulbs with 2 from the set that was all working to check and yes two bulbs are faulty...
I contacted the company for 2 spare bulbs and was told they wld give me £4.50 refund as they r short of spares...
Still waiting for an answer as I again asked for 2 bulbs to replace the faulty ones.
