I love this company so much, they email you about your order to make sure everything will fit well and also you give them your measurements, they council you on what size you may need or you can get it tailored to your size. I never experienced a company like this that will help. Make sure your dress fit perfect they also have swatches so you can know what color or material you’re getting. I hope to do business with you all in the future as well.

So far, I've been very pleased with the customer support I've received from Kiarelys. I am very leary of ordering my MOG dress on line but found a dress I really love on this site. I've asked several questions about the dress material and sizing and all were answered promptly. I've since ordered three fabric swatches and eagerly await their arrival. I am seriously considering ordering my dress from this site based on the support I've received thus far.

I found the styles very appealing. What I found that was difficult and confusing was all the steps to get to the cart and updating. I don't like the time of arrival.

Excellent customer service!!! Since I was a first time buyer, they emailed me and suggested I get swatches before they put my order through. I had a chance to see that I was selecting the wrong colors initially and was able to get a more complimentary shade for my skin tone.

Bridal party of 4, 3 of 4 sent measurements and the dresses were still sent extremely too large. 1 went with her exact US size and it still fit too small. Instead of the seller helping with a solution they accused us of not knowing our sizes when we went exactly off of what the size chart stated. Another brides maid ordered 2 dresses and only one was delivered, after reaching out to ask why the second was not delivered she was told that the fabric was messed up but was never told this before reaching out. Horrible experience but we still made it work after all. In all the bridal party ordered each 3-4 dresses a piece, was never intentional and was never refunded or discounted for this. I could say so much more but it’s no point just be careful.

I love that it came on time. My dress was gorgeous loved the feel of the material color was nice. The only problem I had was the shoulders did not fit right. Would not stay up like it looked on the picture had to get them fixed.

My dress doesn’t fit properly and I tried to contact you for a return and nothing happened. I couldn’t get in contact with anybody.

good experience overall but was not able to apply the coupon for signing up for emails. I copied another code that could not use. I don't know if orevious code even applicable because I could not fond it and it did not save for checkout. It seemed like false adverstisement.

The dress came out beautiful and fit perfectly! I normally wear a 3x/24 and this fit very much like my normal dresses. The satin gown was beautiful with the train at the back. The dress was made very well to hold up for more than a full day of wedding activities. I would suggest it would be a great add-on to have a bustle option for the train for dancing etc. Overall the dress fit great, felt great and I received lots of compliments! Thank you!

At first I thought I was going to have a terrible experience as my dress arrived made with the wrong fabric and I did not realize until a fellow bridesmaid received her dress and it was completely different. Jessie responded to all of my email respectfully, explained the situation from the operational side and worked extremely quick to provide a solution for me. I am very grateful and look forward to shopping with Kiarely's again in the future.

The colors online can be deceiving so I tried to order free samples to be charged for them plus a higher delivery fee & tax

Bogo was advertised, but wasn't available. I emailed, but it takes about a day to get a response on each exchange. Eventually, I was sent a code for 10% off. That code also didn't work and the dress had increased in price. Not good

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. The dress I received was of poor quality and didn’t fit. And the return policy is extremely burdensome and expensive. Don’t buy from this company!

had to get dress altered even with custom sizing and dress ripped

These dresses are so poorly made. The website is not secure when trying to access through WiFi. I’m not sure who in their right mind would ever have their bridesmaids order from this “boutique”.

The first dress i ordered through afterpay my ordered was cancelled stating the didn't received the funds although afterpay deducted the money from my account. It was so weird now I'm waiting on afterpay to give my money back and u also made another order with my debit card. Hopefully it dosent get canceled as well. I whole heartedly don't trust this company but I'm in a wedding and this is the dress she chose for bridesmaids.

Great dress affordable and does the job, minimal tailoring.

Ordered a dress based on their sizing chat (mind you I was measured by a tailor) but the dress came 2 sizes to big. I wanted to return and was told to ship it to CHINA not USA where they are claiming to be. Canada post said it will cost $100 to ship which is crazy! I reached out asking to shipping it back to USA location and was told they have non. I asked for a shipping label as it was not my fault the dress they sent was 2 sizes too big and the fact that non of their policies stated that return must be made to CHINA at clients expense. They did nothing and kept saying its not bog for me lol
