My purchase was for my 16 year old , and guys at kickdrop went truly out their way to source a pair of beautiful Jordans
( pine black high tops ) that my daughter was after for a while.
The size was difficult to find yet they done it and kept me informed all the while they sourced the pair from overseas.
Above and beyond my expectations for excellent customer service.
Will defo be shopping with them again and if you’re after genuine authentic pair of rarest shoes - this is the place. You’ll be very happy like my girl ☺️

It's been about 4 months since you purchased a pair of Yeezy 350 V2 Zyons. We hope you have found full value for money from your kicks!
As per our communications via e-mail, you appeared to have got confused on what size you wanted to purchase; you ordered a UK3.5 but then e-mailed to say that is the wrong size, so you were refunded and you then purchased a UK11.
We even double checked with you to ensure that UK11 was your correct size, which you confirmed. Once your order arrived, you contacted us to say the wrong size arrived and it should have been a UK8.
Our Payments team struggled to understand how one can order a UK3.5 when they wanted a UK11 and when they ordered a UK11, they wanted a UK8. To date, we still have not received an appropriate explanation from you.
Along with an inadequate explanation, you then falsely claimed the yeezy box was 'damaged' and had 'marks' on them but somehow failed to mention this earlier on.
You then threatened our staff to turn up to our service address. Whilst we appreciated your keenness to visit our office, it was not the most ideal time due to the lockdown restrictions that were in place.
We hope you continue to enjoy wearing your Yeezy 350 V2 Zyons. You have picked a stylish and comfortable pair and with summer coming along, there'll be more summer days to enjoy wearing them!
