If i could give zero stars I would DO NOT BUY complete scam. No device turned up after nearly 4 weeks and them saying it's Definitely on the way, then as never arrived supposedly sent out a new one still no device. Was meant to be a Christmas present for my daughter, £100 down the drain. No response to emails and now closed web page SCAM am contacting bank to see if they can help.

This phone works for a very short time from Dec 25th till January 30 🙁 I have a very sad grandchild now as this phone just shut down..

Crap device, no charge, no reply from their support. Don't bother. What a waste of money and they KNOW THEY'RE SCAMMING PPL.

I ordered a phone for my granddaughters birthday and then saw the recent negative reviews…. Was understandably worried as item took 3 weeks to appear.
Phone did arrive and I must admit I’m delighted!!! Great wee phone, easy to charge and my grand daughter loves it. Delighted with the kiddie phone

Bought a tablet from them. Supposedly has a 2 year warranty on it. Tablet DOES NOT work. Have tried contacting the company multiple times over the period of a month with absolutely no response from the company. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Quick to take your money. Non existent to help.

DONT DO IT!!! They are scammers! They took my daughter’s birthday money and conned us! Massive thieving scam artists, if anyone wants proof please contact me directly and I can show proof of purchase and all the emails where I was told I wasn’t getting my product and they take no responsibility just ignore and pass the book.

purchased two phones and they do not work cannot make calls says network unavailable. has sim cards inside that work no issues in other phones. Can someone contact me ASAP tried contacting a few times now online with no response

Do not buy from this company. I have an exact same experience as another reviewer. One phone wouldn’t turn on the other isn’t the phone ordered. They refused a refund so started a charge back through bank. They lied to bank saying no complaint made and phones as advertised. Now will be pursuing them for consumer fraud.

Nice little phone for a first phone. Bought this for my grand-daughter for Christmas and she loved it. No sim card needed and easy to set up. Now she can contact me when ever she wants to.

Great product! My son loves it! It does everything the more expensive tablets do at a fraction of the price. The pre-loaded programs and games promote creativity and logical learning.

Excellent service had a minor issue but was quickly resolved very helpful and polite lovely little phone super cute, great for kids or adult x

I bought 1 tablet and 1 mini phone. The mini phone worked fine but the tablet was completely faulty it only held one charge and the tablet was dead. I emailed kiddie phone and they wanted me to send the old tablet back with me covering the shipping back to them when they sent me a faulty tablet. I was upset and should've known better not to buy from ads on social media platforms. It was a ripped off. Walmart's Onn tablet was so much better and cheaper.

Good Communication. However, the tablet was delayed. I ordered three tablets, though one is faulty, but the company have promised to compensate me with a new one.

I purchased a KiddiePhone on 28th December as a birthday gift for my 9-year-old daughter, which she received on 17th January. (Order #5584 in case they mention that they do not recognise my name in their response as the phone was ordered by her mum). When she tried to use it, the phone would not turn on or charge. We tested multiple chargers, but nothing worked.

When I contacted customer service, they refused a refund or replacement, claiming it was outside their 30-day policy. However, under UK and EU consumer law, faulty goods must be repaired, replaced, or refunded within six month, their policy does not override legal rights.

This company is based in Italy and appears to ignore consumer protection laws, leaving customers stranded with defective products. We have reported them to Trading Standards, European Consumer Centre, and have started a chargeback process with our bank. This should have been a simple resolution, but they have made it totally unnecessary and frustrating.

If you’re considering a purchase, think twice, there are far more trustworthy retailers out there!

I have emailed couple of times but no response received until now.
I set up a sim card for my son to use using the kiddie phone but unfortunately no network available. Tried the sim to my iphones and it worked. I used other sim cards thats active in the kiddie phone but still wont work. And yet works on iphones/other phones except the kiddie phone. I was wanting a refund but no respond. So I WOULD SAY IT IS A SCAM. KARMA is so digital.

Ich habe vor Weihnachten ein Kiddiephone 4G bestellt, kam knapp vor Weihnachten an, nach über 3 Wochen Lieferzeit!!!!
Am hl. Abend in Betrieb genommen, folgende Fehler:
) Akku ca. 14h aufgeladen, nach 5 Minuten Setup bereits 50% Akku verbraucht
) stürzte öfter ab
) viele Apps funktionierten nicht

Ich habe sofort nach den Weihnachtsfeiertagen reklamiert, der Widerruf wurde auch angenommen. Es wurde eine Rücksendeadresse in Südtirol, Italien (die gleiche Adresse die im Impressum steht) genannt.
Produkt wurde dorthin retourniert; lt. Österreichischer Post gibt es diese Adresse nicht, mein Paket (die Kosten für den Rückversand belaufen sich auf knapp €20,-) liegt im Moment irgendwo in Italien und „befindet sich auf dem Rückweg“
Auf Mails keinerlei Reaktion…sch***ß Firma, sch***ß Produkt, Hände weg!!!

I brought one for my grandson for Christmas which it came on Christmas Eve took about two weeks to come. My grandson was happy for five minutes with the phone but did say Nana how much was it and I said £59 and he said wow it’s like a £5 toy phone it’s rubbish. You can’t play Roblox it’s got no memory, it crashes and Chinese writing pops up and colours on screen. My grandson took some short videos and that’s the memory gone also so dark and blurry got In touched with the company to be told return at your own cost back to Italy. But on website it’s says you only have 14 days to return lol that’s a joke. Opened a case but for some reason PayPal let them win I’ve no clue how when I sent pictures vides of the problem. I so wished I’d googled first my grandson was so disappointed on Christmas Day now it’s in the draw Collecting dust. If you do check here don’t buy from this company Fake reviews, fake item

Kiddie is what I have been looking for, it served my daughter and I was able to control her screen time and I could limit her interactions with other apps. Great buy

The phone arrived in good time. The issue it that is doesn’t work correctly with the phone network /sim. Vodaphone works when calling 2345, but it doesn’t receive calls or texts. No FaceTime available, just an app called video call. WhatsApp isn’t working as Cabot get a text to confirm. So works like a tablet not a phone. The company blocked me on Facebook after mentioning that faults and asking for help. So must be a scam company. Avoid.

Brought this phone for my little boy as his first phone… It is perfect for him 😊 Only issue was trying to use WhatsApp but kept getting kicked out. Advised Kiddie and they were really helpful and tried to get to the bottom of why this happened but there wasn’t an issue their end. The phone is cute and perfect for my son’s needs. Kiddie customer service was fantastic!
