The bike trailer we hired was for a festival and was like new. It was delivered ahead of schedule and the collection was as easy as putting it back in the box and leaving it for someone to come and get from our house. Would definitely use again.

Bike trailers for getting kids around a festival…what a revelation. My 8 year daughter has sensory needs and the trailer was a lifesaver, it provided her a place to calm down and no more dragging a heavy trailer behind us all day,

I bought the trailer for my son who has a disabled little boy of 6. It enables my son to take the little chap and his sister aged 1 and a half out across fields and down footpaths near their home they would not otherwise have been able to negotiate and experience lovely scenery

Fantastic company offering an really amazing service enabling us to try out a dog trailer before potentially buying it.
The Burley Tail Wagon is a really high quality that we were looking into buying but, knowing there was a chance our dog wouldn’t take to it, were delighted to discover Kids Bike Trailers and the opportunity to hire before buying.
The Tail Wagon we was sent was brand new, in its packaging. Unfortunately our dog really didn't take to so we sadly had to return it. We so appreciate the chance to try it out though.
All communication, extension of hire and return was very straight forward. Really helpful, friendly people. We highly recommend.

Great idea to try larger products for kids out or hire them for a short time when they grow so fast.

**Update on the below: the company have been very communicative and accepting in taking my feedback on board and I have now received a full refund so I have changed my review to reflect this. Thanks to the team for dealing with this so smoothly.

We hired an Osprey child carrier for our holiday, however when it arrived we quickly realised it was far too big to take with us in the car so I contacted the team to ask for a refund. Unfortunately the info noting that they do not issue refunds for hired items once they’ve been dispatched is buried in their T&Cs on the website.

I have been offered a goodwill refund of 25%, however this does seem a little stingy considering we have sent back the item the day after receiving it having never used it and that the refund information is not offered upfront in the product listings or FAQs.

The material was of great quality and the service amazing. I had an issue with DPD but the staff at Kidsbiketrailers was incredible, very flexible, provided constant support and it all got sorted in the end. They definitely are a company you can rely upon.

I had been looking for weeks, for a thru axle adapter,for a trixie trailer hitch,on mt electric mountain bike finally I came across this company..Perfect fit and everything works.

What a great company! I couldn’t recommend enough. The delivery came a couple of days earlier than the hire date so that was great. I was a bit worried the return was going to be difficult but it couldn’t have been more easy. The pram we hired was absolutely spotless and looked brand new when taken out of the packaging. I had actually noticed I’d ordered the wrong model originally, I emailed the company to amend the order and I had a really quick response confirming the change.

Great company for when you can’t afford to buy this kit new or if you want to try before you buy.
The company were really quick at communicating with us and the return process was really easy.
Looking forward to our next camping trip to try out the baby carrier more before we commit to buying one.
