The ease of ordering this product and how quickly it was delivered was exceptional. I live in regional Queensland so often have delays in delivery. The product was true to what was advertised for sale with a real Aussie accent that my little Aussie grandchildren love!

My experience was simple, fast and efficient. I received my products fast and they were exactly what there were marketing it to be.

Easy to order, product shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. Purchased two of the Aussie Mate flash card readers for my grandchildren, they are authentic "aussie" accented flashcards with a reader that is rechargeable (not always looking for batteries). Kids are happy, parents are happy so all around a good purchase.

Arrived in good time. Two year old absolutely loves the cards. Being brought up with a two language household these have really helped improve his speech. Will definitely buy the add on cards

Have bought quite a few items from sensory toys and understand that a lot of their products come from China. In saying that, even though delivery is quite slow, the products themselves have been excellent

Allow a month for delivery.

Absolutely heartbroken, I ordered my daughter the train set a month before Christmas and looked at the dispatch times and should have been no issues arriving on time. Yet here I am without my order on Xmas eve! The fact that you claim to be an Australian company is absolutely disgraceful seeing as your products come out of China! I would have been better off ordering from temu and paying half the price but actually getting my order.
I also contacted this business twice with no respone!
Shameful business!!

I paid for the goods which was over AD$150 and received nothing! I visited their website and inquired when I could expect delivery of the goods. I'm still waiting a month later. I CAN ONLY BELIEVE THAT WITH THEIR NON-RESPONSE THAT YOU DONT TRUST THIS SITE AS IT APPEARS TO BE A SCAM.

Seamless ordering, great toys for construction mad boys.

I purchased the following toys for 1 grand nephew and 2 grand nieces:-

- Magnetic Transforming Vehicle Kit 35 pcs
- Domino Train Pink
- Interactive Gear Building Set 83pcs

The Magnetic Transforming Vehicle Kit was a huge hit with my grand nephew and his uncle. I can hear from the video his uncle saying this is a cool toy multiple times.

The Domino Train fascinated my 4 year old and 2 year old grand nieces AND their dogs. I wish I could share the video but they are not mine to feature. It was too cute to watch the dogs wanting a piece of the action too, trying to knock down the dominoes.

Interactive Gear Building Set intrigued me a lot when I was looking for gifts. The girls were not as interested in it than the Domino Train. However, the girls’ grand father loved it. I think this may be great for kids who love fidgety toys.

The only draw back with Sensory Toys is the shipping timeframe. In the future I will allocate more time when I purchase from them.

Beautifully made wooden jigsaw that was both colourful and interesting to put together.quality that is very hard to find.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to for this company.

Despite what it says on the website, it is NOT an Australian company and orders are NOT shipped from Sydney.

It claims to be Australian company with orders shipped from Sydney, but this is false. My order took 5 days to dispatch and another 10 to arrive, far exceeding the promised 3-8 days.

I did receive my order (hence 2 stars), but the return address was "Sydney NSW 2000" but tracking showed it came from China. Customer service was unresponsive despite four emails.

I would not purchase from them again.

Bought the gravity car with 138 piece track in November in the Black Friday sale. Excellent price. Free delivery to the UK. Excellent communication, information and delivery. Took 2 weeks from ordering to arrival in UK. Grandson loves his Xmas present. Only negative is it runs out of batteries too quickly! 🥴

Dissapointed that there website says Australian based Company and dispatched from Sydney warehouse when my items came from China via Hong Kong and the boxes were damaged when they arrived
