I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to for this company.

Despite what it says on the website, it is NOT an Australian company and orders are NOT shipped from Sydney.

It claims to be Australian company with orders shipped from Sydney, but this is false. My order took 5 days to dispatch and another 10 to arrive, far exceeding the promised 3-8 days.

I did receive my order (hence 2 stars), but the return address was "Sydney NSW 2000" but tracking showed it came from China. Customer service was unresponsive despite four emails.

I would not purchase from them again.

Bought the gravity car with 138 piece track in November in the Black Friday sale. Excellent price. Free delivery to the UK. Excellent communication, information and delivery. Took 2 weeks from ordering to arrival in UK. Grandson loves his Xmas present. Only negative is it runs out of batteries too quickly! 🥴

Dissapointed that there website says Australian based Company and dispatched from Sydney warehouse when my items came from China via Hong Kong and the boxes were damaged when they arrived

This was purchased for a little girl who has anxiety and sleep issues including night terrors. She loves the character and was excited to try it out. The breathing noise scared her although once deactivated she loved the breathing motion and night light.

Another scam.
Beware…they will take you money, not fulfil your order or communicate in any form. The phone no. given on the website is false. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Having ordered nearly $500 of toys (Order #85273 confirmed) for Christmas gifts we are so disappointed with the product, delivery and packing. Every box crushed including one with packing tape stuck to it as well and impossible to gift, especially to children. I cannot describe how angry and disappointed we are having just received our delivery.
Tracking has shown that the delivery originated from somewhere in China??? not a Sydney warehouse as described on the website. I cannot say that I am now not really all that surprised. All our purchased items were packaged only in a plastic satchel and taped, no outer box, no protection or wrapping of any kind. I really doubt that it would have arrived any better EVEN if it had been despatched from Sydney, the one in Australia, and given to Australia Post directly.

What can you possibly offer that can fix this disaster.

Support an on line “Australian owned” business???? not likely to be this one again.
