The store and the purchase experience was good but
the package was never received.
I paid for a quick delivery, but no further information was provided by the DPD regarding were parcel was left. Just an incomplete name and a blurred photo.
Unfortunately my friend is leaving the hotel tomorrow morning.

Update: At the moment of leaving the hotel the parcel appeared. Keeping the review as it would have been a better experience if more support had been provided.
It´s not Kienda´s fault, but it´s a supplier of them that is part of the experience.

I've used Kienda on a number of occasions and have always been impressed. Great turn around time on deliveries and great prices. My first choice for boardgames these days

I ordered a game as a present for my husband, whose OCD won't allow him to overlook any damage to the box. The game we received had a corner that was damaged, however, that wasn't an issue thanks to Mark at Kienda, who was super helpfull and exceptionally quick in his communication with us and scheduled a pick up followed by a fast refund.
