The ad says 100% Risk Free, but the company didn't allow me to return the product for a full refund. They offered a $12 refund for a $68 purchase. After I pushed back, they offered compensation of $19. The jeans did not fit - way too short.

Do NOT buy from Kilometeru!! They are a scam. They will take your money and send you defective clothes and then will not refund you. They say there is nothing they can do. They sent me jeans that were 2 inches too short. There is no way I can wear them. They offered to refund me $5. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Hi like a lot of other people I feel the same with the jeans that I ordered. Terrible quality, they fit too big, and poorly made. This is a scam don’t buy them !!!.

This company offers a risk free guarantee but do not honor it. I have been told I have to mail the jeans back to China for $85 if I want a refund!!! The jeans were not the measurements their site said and were way too short. They offered me $3 and to keep them. I paid $50 with tax! PayPal was no help.

I bought these jeans and they are nothing like what you advertised. So disappointed. I feel scammed because I got no receipt, no email confirmation and they would not let me return them for a refund.

Received the ring quickly, and while it was not mind-blowing, it met expectations. The opal catches light nicely for its price, though it slightly lacks the brilliance seen in advertisements. Packaging ensured no damage during transit. Fair buy for someone seeking a simple, yet elegant accessory without shelling out too much.

This place is a scam. The jeans I ordered I now realize had fake 5 star reviews and seriously looked handmade. They took 3 weeks to arrive and when I tried to return them, they said it would be too expensive to pay for shipping and they offer me $7 on a $49 purchase. Total waste of money and time. Do not trust this "company". The return address on the shipping label is a known scam/fraud address.

10 minutes after making a purchase on this site my email was hacked and I had 15 emails confirming new accounts and registrations for companies in the US and So America. then a 1.00 purchase on the card I used that was not mine. BEWARE

Absolutely horrible. Do NOT order from them. I did get the product from them but it didn’t fit. I have been working for almost a month to return the item and they are 100% trying to get me not to return it and credit me $14.00 for a pair of jeans that was advertised as $34.99 plus $9.99 tax and $4.99 for shipping. After trying to resolve this on my own, I’m now in the middle of a dispute via PayPal to get this resolved. Awful company.

I so wish I"d of looked this company up before i placed and order. As soon as I realized the jeans were shipping from China I new Id just blown my money on junk.
I dont trust any clothing from there. Another lesson learned.

Horrible experience, order took 2 weeks to get, Shipped from out of the country and tried to cancel order, was told to wait until I received the product then decide. I have e mailed them 4 times with no response. These Jean are total crap and not what was advertised. I received good correspondence while waiting for my order but now that I want to return, nothing. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

I ordered a pair of jeans and their measurements did not match what I received. They promised 100 percent customer satisfaction at the time of purchase. They only offered me a three dollar refund!!!!’ WOW WHAT a SCAM!!!!!

These are the cheapest jeans I’ve ever bought. They have writing inside and plastic down into the seam. I tried to return and they offered me only $3!

This company steals another brand’s advertisement & uses to promote their crap product as the original. It’s a complete ripoff & I don’t know how it’s not illegal. They advertised jeans that I later discovered were Judy Blue Secret Sauce High Rise Vintage Wash Tummy Control Top Straight Leg Jeans. What I got was a very poor replica. Bad material, bad design, crooked zipper, too short, etc.

I recently purchased a pair of jeans and the zipper is not lined up properly so it’s crooked. The alignment is off. I tried to return them and they are refusing to give me back my money or allow me to return them.

Ordered some jeans and they are too big. There is no return information and when I try to reach the store it says unable to reach the page or blocked.

As a previous reviewer stated, I too ordered a pair of jeans that were far too short. I received the exact same response and offer of $3 compensation with the suggestion of giving them away to a friend. Who runs a business like this???? I told them this not acceptable and that I wanted to return the jeans for a refund, and they now have offered $5 compensation for $40 jeans that are way too short. They will not agree to honor their return policy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant design and quality. Packaging was neat and protective, adding a special touch to the overall experience. Definitely a charming addition to my jewelry collection!
