Poor customer service
I ordered a pair of jeans. Upon arrival, I tried them on and they were far too short. I emailed support to ask how I initiate a return and the response I got was they were sorry for the inconvenience of the misfit but is there anybody else that I could just give the jeans to. “In good faith” they offered me $3.00 compensation for a $40 pair of jeans. I told them this not acceptable and that I wanted to return the jeans for a refund. I have not heard back yet.
