Unfortunately communication with the company is quite slow so resolving my issue has been unnecessarily time-consuming. In addition, although they offer payment through Flex with a promised Letter of Medical Necessity for my FSA provider, they refused to provide that, saying the product was auto-substantiated. Unfortunately not for my provider so now I'm struggling to get a refund before my card gets turned off.
I am a medical professional and wanted to purchase the item for my son who is an electrician. I sent information discussing the item I wanted to order which was the plus with the laser. Ordered Feb 12th I believe. I got a response back Immediately prior to the sale, expressing that I had some further questions and I did NOT want to continue doing this incessant texting as it feels like they DID NOT REALLY WANT TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS. The so- called CEO FORTEST responded and stated “ we of course had no problems speaking with you” I was given some kind of code that I saw on one of their advertisements and my assistant ordered the wrong device, well it did NOT include the laser. They had my order number, my name, my son’s name and address where it would be shipped to and I NEVER heard ANYMORE from them once they got the money. I texted many times, called the absentee phone number they list and at this point they seem to care less!! They got the money and I haven’t heard another word from them about my order. NOT A WORD TO TRY TO FIX THE ISSUE!! I REGRET I EVEN DEALT WITH THEM!! As a medical professional , I don’t think they give a care, AND THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CONTINUE SENDING OUT SOLICITATIONS FOR PURCHASE!!!
One of the modules lost its ability to stay charged for more than a few minutes. Rather than replacing it, the company asked my to buy the new one and offered me a rebate of half only if I placed a good review. Then after I bought it from the company site directly they told me it would only honor it if I posted a review on Amazon which is impossible without the Amazon account. They tried to get me to write a fake review and then didn’t honor
Their word. The company’s product isn’t great and their business pracices are suspect.
Kineon delivers! They have been both responsive, and responsible. Effective red light therapy is not cheap, your search should include reputable companies that standby their product and deliver results. So many red light therapy manufacturers are in other countries and are difficult to deal with, this is not the case with Kineon. I highly recommend.
I purchased a Kineon Move + for over £400 and when I fully charge the batteries and leave the unit unused for for I few days all 3 red light units fully discharge. This is very poor given you can leave a mobile phone fully charged and unused for days and see minimal loss of charge. I haven't noticed any benefit from using the 3 red lights. This device is a terrible design and way over priced.
I've been using the kineon move + for almoat 2 years now.
It has helped me manage my infraspinatus tendonosis..I got prp treatment on the shoulders and used the move + before and after and consistently till date. I've also got friends to purchase one as I beleive it has played a big part in helping me continue my boxing training.
The key is consistency which the kineon team encourage in all their communiques.
Quality product , effective and the customer service tean have been brilliant in all my engagements too
I used the product with great results for a year and a half. I can no longer use the product because one of the light holders broke. Replacements are not available, although the company says they are and they will send. They won't send. I regret purchasing from Kineon and will never do so again.
Have been using this company's product for nearly a year now and it really does work and has significantly improved my health and it gets used every morning on a daily basis, It's a professional quality product that you can use yourself and up to this date there's nothing else on the market that comes anywhere near close,
As with any completely new concept /product there can be a few small issues but Kineon are easy to contact and always get you sorted and I can't wait for their new red light therapy product to become available.
I have had a so-so experience with using the Move+ for a sore knee but better results with various aches and pains and skin problems.
When a problem developed with one of the modules, the support team were exceptionally helpful and quick to act.
A replacement was offered when the module was thought to be faulty and a it is now on its way.
After a slight delay , Customer service came good.

The straps are not easy to regulate for someone who has pain in shoulders and hands. I am not sure if there is improvement in my pain. What is driving me mad is that they have desynced and I have tried everything on help site and youtube and nothing works. Also some instructions seem to be for a previous model as they are not applicable to my model bought a few months ago
For me the Move+ was not only a game changer during normal training days for recovery or warm up. It healed my peroneal tendonitis (no kind of medicine, cortison shot or whatever was helping). Also during my rehab time after biceps tendon surgery the Move+ was what at the end made the difference in combination with physiotherapy.
Highly recommended for anyone who is in pain with no solution working.
I have experienced no effects at all after using the device regularly for several weeks. It does nothing.
I emailed the company multiple times to arrange a return and refund (they advertise a 30 day free return policy). They have not replied to any of my emails. I will file consumer protection complaints with my state attorney general as this amounts to false and deceptive practices, I.e., fraud.
Great customer support
Kineon Move Pro is a really nice device to use photobiomodulation for health problems and injuries. The device is equipped with LEDs and lasers but, most importantly, it is really convenient to use. I had some issues but customer support helped me quickly and sent me replacements for broken elements.
I though I was ready for surgery, but this really brought back confidence into my knee, probably won't need one for a long time, if ever. I felt improvements after the first treatment and 10 days in doing 2 15-minute sessions daily(1 morning and 1 before bed) I have no pain in my knee, even during and after training. This is surely the future of Physical therapy. The device is so convenient and easy to use, you can even walk with it. I love to use it while I have meetings when I'm working from home, and it's also easy while doing daily chores around the house. A few of my friends tried it for other parts of the body, they were also satisfied, probably gonna get theirs as well.
Kineon has significantly relieved my chronic pain in many joints it also sped up my recovery after exercising! I had an issue with one module and the company is sending me a completely new MOVE+Pro !

The MOVE + has made such a huge difference to me, my family and my patients over the past few years. I must admit, I was skeptical about the device, despite the growing amount of evidence supporting red-light therapy for musculoskeletal recovery.
I had a long term AC joint issue, as well as patellofemoral pain syndrome in both knees. These injuries were really getting in the way of training, and having a significant effect on my mental health. So I bit the bullet, and bought the MOVE +.
A lot of people seem to notice a benefit from the first use. This wasn’t my experience; but after about 3 weeks of daily use, it became evident that my AC joint was less painful and less swollen. The sensitivity in my knees also improved dramatically. Two months later I was pain free, and breaking new ground in the gym.
I now use the device daily for maintenance, mainly on my shoulders and knees. I have two devices, so I can treat multiple body parts quickly. I’ve also bought one for my mum, which she uses on herself for an osteoarthritis knee, and her dog, who has a hip problem.
I’m a sports therapist and I have a spare device which I lend to clients so they trial it before committing to buying one. 5 of my client have bought one so far - mainly to aid joint recovery and tendinopathy from overtraining.
I can’t recommend the device enough; it’s literally allowed me to train a very intense level, and recover dramatically. The customer service is also second to none.
