I recently had my bay window fitted by this company after they were recommended to me, and I'm very pleased with the service from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the installation to a high standard. The fit and finish of the window is excellent, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Communication throughout the process was clean and helpful. I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for quality windows.

Kingfisher provided a wonderful service from beginning to end. There was no hard sell from the salesman, just clear information, helpful advice and a competitive price. We were given a fitting date much sooner than we expected and everything went smoothly. The fitters were prompt, friendly and incredibly hard working over the three days. We had 11 windows, 2 doors and replacement pillars fitted, and I could not be happier. The work was completed without any disruption to us and everything was clean and tidy when they left. Thank you so much!

Exemplary service from the subcontractors of this company. We had a requirement for lintels to be fitted to our bungalow, prior to the forthcoming installation of our new windows. Jack and Daniel arrived bright and early, fully explained to us what they were going to do, and cracked on with the task.

Despite the nature of the job, noisy, and incredibly dusty, they left no evidence whatsoever of their having been here. Brickwork removed and replaced with the lintels created an incredible amount of dust etc, all of which was meticulously cleaned up. Excellent ambassadors for Kingfisher Windows, many thanks for your efforts gents.

The new door was fitted efficiently and without any problem. Highly satisfied.
A while ago we had new windows fitted. These have been excellent also.

I was very pleased with the whole experience of having someone come out and go through the whole procedure of removing and installing the new unit most of all the price. I would gladly recommend them to any of my friends who are thinking about having double glazing done.

Over the years I've dealt with a lot of Window Companies, mostly disappointing.
Kingfisher was recommended by a friend, and they weren't wrong. Surveyor/salesman, Bill, really helpful, efficient, friendly no messing, we learnt a lot.
On the spot price, which was really competitive,
Delivery/fitting time, a third of that from other Companies,
Fitter arrived on time, covered everything in dust cloths, fitted the windows with obsessive detail. had to stop him, hoovering EVERYTHING after he finished.

All window Companies should be like this, but sadly they are not.

Kingfisher recently fitted a three section bifold door in my back living room. I have to say that our experience was very good. Right from the off, Phil the salesman was very helpful and did not employ any of the aggressive or manipulative techniques some companies use. He was very knowledgeable, polite and helped us to understand the available options. Les, the builder and his understudy, were very reliable and did a really neat and professional job. We had needed steel and a fair bit of brick laying so it wasn't a strait forward job. The guys who later fitted the door were also friendly and informative. I have a big project coming up to change all the windows at the front of my property and I'm pretty sure I will be giving the job to Kingfisher because they were very good value money and were very competitive compared with the other quotes we gathered. There were no surprises; no hidden costs etc. I project manage for a living, so it was clear to me that they knew what they were doing and the job was delivered within agreed deadlines, everything in the right order and communication between the different departments was efficient and effective. Great experience and based on that I would recommend Kingfisher to anyone who was willing to pay a sensible amount of money to get a quality product and a quality job done right first time.

We are delighted with our new windows! From Jeremy’s initial quote to the efficient scaffolding team, the process was seamless. The two fitters were excellent installing all 10 windows in under two days with zero mess. They were incredibly respectful of our home, covering the floors and cleaning all rubbish. A job very well done, thank you Kingfisher!

We've had our front door and all windows done through Kingfisher and always found them to be a quality company in terms of the products/price, but especially the customer service. Whenever we've had any issues (recently with door lock not working properly), they've come out the next day and sorted it - no questions asked and that's 8 years after they installed the door. Highly recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish quick replies when emailing Chris and Craig came to do the install and was both very polite and did an amazing job would highly recommend and definitely use if needed again in the future.

The whole process has been easy and stress-free from start to finish.

Our property is quite old, so we were a bit anxious about going with uPVC and wanted something that would really suit the style of the house. We visited a few different places, but Kingfisher stood out straight away as the most helpful, reliable and knowledgeable.

From the first contact, Jeremy was brilliant. He came out for a consultation at our home, took the time to answer all our questions, and talked us through the options in a really clear, honest way. We actually ended up going with a style he recommended, and we’re so glad we did. He went the extra mile on several occasions and never made us feel rushed or pressured.

Steve then carried out the survey and, again, was super friendly and very informative, which gave us even more confidence that we were in good hands.

After a few weeks’ wait, the installation was completed over a few days by Chris and Craig. They were both very polite, professional, and did a great job. Everything was fitted to a high standard, and they left the place clean and tidy with no mess.

Overall, we’re absolutely delighted with the windows and the whole experience. Great product, great team, and excellent service throughout. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kingfisher to anyone considering new windows.

Really perfect performance allround :- phoned for quote in November 2025, they came exactly when they said they would. I then accepted quote and an engineer came and discussed exact features. A few days later a date was settled they came on that date did it all to an exception standard, no mess just cups of tea now and then lol. Well done Kingfishers

Quality of windows, friendly workers and time scale to completion

Great install from professionals.
Everything was completed on time with great communication throughout, from the initial house surveys to the final install. Very pleased with the service and the result.

Fantastic service from the outset. Helpful, pragmatic assessment of what needed doing from Jeremy, explaining options to manage the budget. All measurements then independently checked to ensure fitting would go smooth. Within 8 weeks, Chris & Craig were on site, ripping out the old and replacing with new (windows & door). Helpful and considerate, keeping any mess and disturbance to a minimum, even blending the seals to the colour of the stonework on the exterior.

The end product is excellent. The house is quieter, warmer and the windows/door look great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kingfisher Windows and their team.

We have just had our windows and doors fitted by kingfisher after a recommendation from my sister. The product is great and the fitters ( craig, chris & tony) were so friendly, professional and their workmanship is perfect.
They were very conscientious and very respectful of our home..... a joy to be around .
Everyone we have dealt with along the journey have been very pleasant and a credit to your company.
Would definately recommend and use again as the price was very competitive as well.
