Despite many emails over a period of 7 weeks reassuring me that my order would be fulfilled, it has not been. I am no longer receiving a response to my emails and the website has shut down.

Awful. I placed an order on April 17th for a cup that was, per the website, in stock. I received an email the same day informing me that they were awaiting stock from Wedgwood and the lead time was 10-12 working days. By 5th June, I still hadn't received anything and, after contacting them, was informed that they were expecting the item in mid/late June. It's now 13th July and there has been no update and no delivery. I have just gone on the website and the store is currently closed.

I made an order in early June, then I was advised there would be a delay. The have already taken my payment. No order arrived.
I have emailed and had no reply.
Clearly not a professional company and taking money with perhaps no interest in full filling the order. Based on my experience and other recent reviews I would not order from this company. ** update from more research- I believe the company has closed so unlikely to get the order and no refund**

Avoid buying from this company as I’ve asked for a refund from an order I placed on 4/5/24. Stock not being available and wasn’t showing up so I emailed to ask to be refunded I was emailed back on the 1/7/24 saying I would be refunded in 7 working days and still no sign and now ignoring my emails since. 1 star will stay until I’m refunded

No sign of order arriving. I was contacted by Liz to say there was a delay on my order coming back in to stock of 12 to 14 working days. It has now been 21 working days and I have had no further update. I went to the website of Kings & Queens and it says they are currently closed. What does this even mean for an online retailer!? Very concerned this is a fraud.

What a complete let down by this company,
Beginning to feel scammed.
Placed my order of tea caddies, not in stock, still taking my payment of 3 & did advised cancelled order & would reimburse me, but haven’t. This is a terrible service & carrying a prestige company name !!!! 😡

I placed an order on 26 May, 2024, received an order confirmation followed two days later stating they were waiting for stock which was due to arrive late June, early July. Sadly I am still waiting. The website states closed and when I tried the contact number it gave a selection message for pressing 1, 2 or zero for holding for an advisor I then got an engaged signal. I have requested via email for a refund. Very disappointed and worrying.

Like other reviewers I placed my order on the 4th April and was then contacted by Liz from the company to say out of stock and wouldn't be available until May. I chased them up a few times and was again told they were having supplier issues but that the supplier advised they would be delivered to kings & Queens by end of June. Items still not received so I emailed them last Monday but no reply so I sent another email yesterday but still no reply!! Also concerned that the website is now closed which makes me think they have gone out of business. I'm now contacting the citizens advice consumer service to see if they can help and also my bank to claim a charge back. I would say that I did place an order with this company at the beginning of the year and had no problems with my order. It was delivered quickly and communication was good. Obviously the business is in trouble but they should be honest and communicate with their customers especially when we've paid upfront for our items and are now out of pocket. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY

AVOID!!! I placed an order 21st June. I got an email from Liz a few days later saying it was out of stock and would be 12 days before stocks arrived. I’ve emailed twice this week and no reply. The website now says they’re currently closed. I’ve since contacted my bank. AVOID!!

Awful! Wish I had read the reviews first! Ordered back in May for an item that said it was in stock on the website, then received and email 2 days later stating that the product was out of stock and would take 2 weeks due to stock issues with the supplier. 2 weeks passed so I chased my order again to be told that it would definitely be with me by 28th June. Again this date lapsed I chased and since have had no response and the website is currently closed. I also spoke to the supplier of the product and they stated that they had not had any issues with this item! A case has been raised with PayPal to recover the funds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I also paid for 2 red crystal wine glasses I was told my glasses would be delayed I waited and they didn’t show so I cancelled them I was told I would get a refund I have sent several emails and no reply and no refund

Ordered cutlery 5weeks ago they told me it was out of stock and it would be in a few weeks .
I emailed them and they told me I would receive a a refund in up to 7 working days .
No refund .
No ordered .
Also the website said it was closed and the phone number is engaged .
Think I am going to have to contact the bank about fraud.

Looks like a scam. Ordered glasses in April... they took my money and then told me the items were out of stock! still waiting. No response and now looks like their website is down. Will have to contact my credit card company now

Awful experience. Goods not received and about to pursue bank for refund.
At time of ordering (late May), website showed my goods as being in stock. After ordering/paying, an email tells me goods will take 12 - 14 days. 6 weeks later nothing has arrived, multiple emails are unanswered, the phone is never answered and the website is shut down. DO NOT USE.

I would rate this company zero stars if I could. Please do not trust this retailer and waste your time/ money. Truly I believe that they are scam and they are defrauding their customers. If you look at the reviews on google/ trustpilot they are either 0 stars or 5 stars which to me seems like fake reviews or bots. They are selling stock with no pre warning that they do not have it available.

I ordered an item in April. After my order they informed me there would be a 12-14 working day wait and item would be with me by end of May. There was no mention of the item being on back order on their website. After several follow ups it is now July (3 months later) and after asking for a refund several times they have still not returned me the money I am owed. Please avoid this retailer at all costs, they are not worth your time and I have had to open a dispute with my bank.

Scam - Ordered but told to wait for stock. Stock never arrived so cancelled. I was told 10 days for refund which never came. Now not getting any response from the company.

Seems I am not alone in placing an order for an item that as listed as in stock but then getting an emails saying they are waiting for a resupply. I waited a long time and tried emailing with no response. I will contact my credit card to do a charge back as this appears to be a scam company. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: I called Amex and they have processed a refund.

I placed an order in April and still have not received my products, I chased for an update and they kept telling me to wait, i finally then asked for a refund and since then not heard anything.

I spoke to Liz and she said we would process the refund, I still have not received the money.

I just went on their website and the website is closed.

How do I rectify this as the company are ignoring me and not paying my money back and had no products since April 24.

I have now reported the company to Trading Standards

Unfortunately this company does not seem to be trustworthy and the only standard response seems to be that the items are delayed but are on order. Dates promised and dates past and another date in the future given. I made an order in May which never arrived and it's now July. I would recommend ordering from a reputable company, but if you do order anything from this company make sure you order with your Credit card for protection.

Ordered item in April , not had item as they say it’s out of stock , I was patient and waited until June , requested a refund 3 weeks ago , I’ve still not had it , steer clear of this company , they take the orders and money but no item and refund , same email to say passed on to finance department …. It does not exist!!!!!
