Called the customer service line (and spoke to a lovely lady named Liz) to check a product was in stock prior to placing an order, as prompted by the banner on their website stating there may be stock issues.

Luckily, the item I required was in stock and as I am local to the business, they explained I could collect to avoid the delivery charge.

I collected within two days from their warehouse and left feeling very happy with my purchase.

A week later, I ordered a second time (online) as I wanted something sent directly to a friend. Unfortunately, this was out of stock and I had to wait 12 working days for it to be dispatched. However, I was contacted swiftly, the morning after placing the order online which I appreciated.

I waited until now for my friend to receive their gift before writing my review. She is delighted with it and said it was very well packaged. They had even included a gift note on my behalf, which was a nice touch.

On the one hand disappointing on the other first class. Let me explain. Purchased a set of glasses as had broken one in our set. They didn’t have in stock, still don’t yet continue to list 🤷‍♂️ By chance they had a return of one of the glasses we had broken which was despatched for the princely sum of £5 with free postage refunding me for the set. So happy outcome 😊

First rate experience! Ordered on a late Sunday afternoon and received my order on Tuesday. The item I ordered was also available cheaper than everywhere I had looked which was a welcome bonus! I received lots of updates about where my order was at each stage of the process. Order was fragile but was wrapped so well and the delivery driver was great too.

Love my glasses and they arrived so fast!

I’ve used Kings & Queens a number of times over the years - a good range, reasonable prices, and normally good customer service.
I was a little disappointed that on my last order I was charged for delivery despite the website saying delivery was free for orders over £20 and at my email querying this was ignored - hence the 4 rather than 5 star review. I wasn’t so much concerned about the money as the misleading information on the website and the poor service in not responding to my email.

I’ve never been so disappointed in my life….. waited patiently for 2.5 months for my order and it was pushed back once again. It’s really not worth using this site, just pay full price and avoid the disappointment. Incredibly sad day to have to cancel the order, really wanted this product.

There was no warning stock wasn't available until after the payment had been taken (a banner has since been added to the top of their website). Fairly rapid update - but no acknowledgement of my response. I followed-up around the time the stock was due to come in, to be informed it was delayed... again. Refund request had to be chased, with no response to the chaser email.

Ordered plates from this website (for the first time) to complete an existing set I already have of maxwell & Williams. This website has these plates listed as high rim which is the plates I would need to complete my set. They have sent me low rim plates. I’m unsure if this is a packaging and shipping error or they have mislead me via incorrect advertisement. I have phoned numerous times with no answer, I have sent multiple emails to explain the situation so we can rectify this mistake as these plates are not cheap and not what is advertised. Customer care IS NON EXISTENT for this company. If you want wrong products sent and no communication… Then this is the company for you. I should have checked the reviews before placing an order! I think I will be contacting citizens advise bureau as I feel scammed.

I did have to wait for my order to come back into stock but I was kept informed so it was fine. Considering I was unable to get the particular pattern I wanted ANYWHERE else I was just delighted to find it was available. When my set arrived, one bowl had a chip. Once I spoke to the company representative and sent a picture they mailed a replacement bowl out in the next possible posting. Absolutely first class experience and I would definitely use them again.

Originally bought a pan that was out of stock, they never took the money from my card and after I found the email in my spam advising what I wanted would be 6 weeks away and to email back then. So I did, it still wasn't in yesterday when I emailed but they offered me a slightly larger pan of the same range. Pan has just been delivered next day with DPD. V pleased with their service and item from debuyer is exceptional as is the rest of their carbon plus range.

I ordered a cutlery set on the 07/02 and after a 5 week wait finally received them. I got my order confirmation within hours, then the next day they were out of stock.
At first they ignored my emails, then started saying your will be next week then two weeks. Unless your willing to wait and chase your order I wouldn't bother.
