We have had really good experience with Kingsdene. From start to finish everything has been smooth and efficiently dealt with. Edite Prats has been especially helpful in sorting out the end of tenancy matters. Will deal with Kingsdene in the future as well.

We’ve been with Kngsdene in Leeds for over 8 years and their service has been consistently professional and efficient. Our flat has been rented out throughout the time, with several different tenants. Everything has always been easy to arrange and the team have looked after us, our tenants and our flat very well. Sam, Lela and Laura have been excellent.

NIGHTMARE MOVE.

Awful, rude staff, awful communication. The worst service I have ever received moving into a flat having used agencies for flats in London, Bristol and Cardiff this is by far the WORST EXPEREINCE I have ever had with moving house. Made the whole move a nightmare.

We had a great experience overall with Kingsdene over the course of three years. Mainly as our appointed property manager, Catherine Payne, was so amazing. She ensured all our needs were catered to throughout our time with Kingsdene, and t made our moving-out process as seamless as possible.

This review is for the Leeds branch. Unfortunately, I did not have the same positive experience with this letting agent as the other reviewers. They were very unprofessional and incompetent throughout my tenancy, especially when it came to communication and repairs. 

When I first moved into the property, they claimed that the property was 'deep cleaned', but it was not. There was a hole in the floor, mould in the shower and the cupboards were greasy. Do not get me started about the walls...

Trying to get someone to come look at something that needed repairing was a HEADACHE. They would simply ignore your emails and calls weeks and months on end, but hassle you if there was a slight payment issue which was a fault of THEIR OWN. It's fair enough that all they want is your money, but have the decency to communicate with your tenants, especially while they are paying you.

I personally do not recommend these guys. Will never consider renting or even buying a home with them. They need to know how to speak to people and remember that basic respect towards others is very important!

Seems like basic customer service training is needed for them, especially for the managers.

Josh and the team made our experience very enjoyable and run smoothly. Always happy to help with any query or request we had and always gave us a great service. We couldn't recommend them enough.
