Appalling food and customer care. Bought a ready meal, chcken with ginger & spring onion. There was more green pepper than anything else and should be described as such. Sent 1 message from website complaining. No reply. Sent reminder. No reply. Did chat message. Nothing. No telephone number anywhere online. Obviously not interested in customers contacting them and have no intention of replying. Will never buy again and hope others follow suit.

Sweet and sour chicken. BLAND, WATERY, 3 SMALL PIECES OF CHICKEN. The worst food I've ever EATEN. avoid

And what is locust bean gum and why is it anywhere near a lasagne! As a coeliac I'm literally disgusted you can produce food as bad as this literally horrendous

I tried the vegan Mac n cheese - deary me it was the worst ready meal I've ever bought. An overwhelming taste of rosemary totally wiped out anything else. First and last time sorry 😔

I had a Kitstys pizza.It was horrible.There was no taste,it was really thin and dry and the smell of whatever was on was disgusting.I had to throw it in the bin.Why put out for sale a most horrible pizza its the worst piece of food I have ever bought.Expensive for what you get as well absolute rip off. You are just playing at this you should give up.

Kirstys Margherita Pizza. What can I say? Not much except I would have given No!!! stars if possible. Absolutely terrible! no taste, cheese doesn't melt, infact has the same consistency as cardboard. Maybe I should have eaten the box probably tasted better, couldn't have been any worse. Disgusting!!! 🤢🤮

Sorry but I’ve been coeliac for 30 plus years and this Margherita pizza gluten and dairy free is the worst pizza I’ve ever had.
There’s nothing appetising or appealing about it.
I finished it with more cheese and sun dried tomatoes to make it presentable and tasty. May as well have made my own to begin with. Sorry guys! Get your act together. Would you put this out for your friends?

I didn't eat such a tasteless food in my life recently. She must be relative of a well known person to be able to sell these products in supermarkets. Without someone else's help non of the supermarkets would let this product in their stores. This brand should not be on shelves. They use the cheapest rice that you can find in the market.

Ed: I just came home now and still can't take this tasteless food out of mind. Seriously stay away!

1 cooking instruction to peel back lid -impossible all that happens is the outer strip removes and covers are too rigid and cannot be peeled
2 Chicken inedible as tough but only a minimal amount (15% on label)

Disgusting waste of money. Tried the Gluten free, as I am celiac suffer. The meals are bland & disgusting slop, well overpriced.

I enjoy cottage pie not peppery never had spicy cottage pie didn't enjoy this product as toooo peppery had no flavour as overpowered actually quite boring.

We just tried Kirstys Chicken with Ginger &spring onion with white rice.
It was horrible.
The rice was the worst rice that we have ever tasted.
The chicken tasted like string (luckily there were only 7 small chunks)
The sauce was edible.
Anyway, it went in the bin.
We will never buy Kirstys fodder again.

Just had the Spanish spiced chicken, the rice was still hard. I tried putting two tbl spoons of water in with the rice but still came out uncooked. There was very little chicken. I will never buy this product again.

My Tesco have recently started stocking the meals - The frozen and the fresh ones. I can't eat much wheat or lactose so it's really hard to find options that mean I can have certain foods like pasta or pizza unless I cook everything from scratch! It was really refreshing to find this range and I'm working through them all.
The Apple pie is incredible (my fave so far) with dairy free ice cream - loved it!!!
The Pizza is great to say there is no gluten and no diary and actually the only pizza option I have found to accommodate both intolerances (most are one or the other). - I did add some extra lacto free cheese on top which really made it taste great :) - I've had this again since the first time too.
I've just started on the fresh ready meals and the curry and lasagne (with a bit of added lacto free cheese again) are both lovely, very tasty and so easy to just put in the microwave!!!
I was less of a fan of the mac and cheese but I think that's my taste rather than the meal itself. It was good to find an option of mac and cheese that I can actually eat though.
I've got sweet and sour chicken and cottage pie in the fridge ready to try. Thank you so much for this range... it's made a huge difference to me and I've felt great after eating them :D

Forced to give a 1 star as I don’t have an option to rate it 0. Disgusting! £4-75 for rice and stodge! If I could attach a picture of the absolute rip off I have just purchased, I would! Unfortunately this rip off company doesn’t allow me the opportunity to show you the vile pictures of their product as an attachment to this complaint! Not great advertising for the co- op either… where I purchased this! You should all be ashamed!!! I have the pictures and a vomitous taste in my mouth!

This company received funding from Dragons Den. Well they wasted their money. I have celiac disease and i tried the Beef lasagne last night, the mince and Bolognese sauce taste good and the pasta too. But it was like pasta soup and that ended up in the toilet. Don't waste your money.

I have tried the lentil cottage pie in the past and couldn't finish it, it was that inedible. Just tried the lentil lasagne and it was completely tasteless. I definitely won't fall for it a third time!

Got really excited when I saw Kirsty's meal in sainsburys. I am GF so wanted to have something near normal. My review on the fish n veg meal, yuck. It was like baby food, and so peppery. I have bought 2 more meals, may bin them.
