I WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE A KIT KITCHEN

FIRST MEETING WAS WITH ALAN I WENT IN THINKING I KNEW WHAT I WANTED BUT WITH ALANS EXPERTISE HE CAME UP WITH OTHER IDEAS THAT MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF LOVED. WITHIN A WEEK DONNIE THE SURVEYOR CAME OUT AND BY THAT TIME I HAD 100 QUESTION BUT NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM AND WENT THROUGH EVERYTHING OVER A CUPPA AND PUT MY MIND AT REST AS I WORRY ABOUT EVERYTHING.
BEFORE TH0 FIT DATE JACQUI AT THE OFFICE WAS SO HELPFUL AND ARRANGED FOR EXTRA THINGS THAT I ASKED FOR WAS POSSIBLE AND AGAIN WAS ALL ARRANGED.
THE FITTER CRAIG AND ALAN ARRIVED ON TUE 8AM SHARP HONESTLY CANT THANK THESE GUYS ENOUGH 2 LOVELY GUYS AND AGAIN NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM FOR THEM AND THEY WORKED NON STOP, I AM ABSOLUTLEY OVER THE MOON WITH MY NEW KITCHEN. CANT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH. I WILL POST SOME PICTURES OVER THE WEEKEND.

My kitchen was supplied and fitted by kitchens direct, it was ripped out a month ago and is still not finished, the fitters KD sent out to me to fit my kitchen have not finished it and are no longer answering my calls or messages, they have took my money and are no longer interested, my old kitchen is still sitting in my garden waiting to get taken away for a month now, the fitters who fitted it made a mess of it and left big deep scratches in my worktop and sink, drilled 4 big holes right through my brand new cabinets for under cabinet lights that should never have been drilled through so I’m left with 4 big holes I see as soon as I open my units, they sent me out 2 doors with big noticeable chips in them and a drawer that doesn’t open or close, they have not fitted or wired up my chimney hood fan extracter or wired up my under cabinet lights and still have wires hanging down by my units, they have left holes in my walls that they said would get a plasterer to fill, I paid them a lot of money to supply and fit my kitchen, have took my money and are no longer interested in coming back to finish it, won’t respond to messages or phone calls, I’m left with a kitchen that is not finished, my old kitchen still sitting in garden and several issues with new kitchen
