Stay well clear of these crooks. Basically impossible to get decent contact. Waiting over a month on an order. No help from them continually give generic answers. Still not compensated over a month later.

Wish I could store zero, ordered these kits for my children for my dad's funeral been waiting two weeks, they said they have been dispatched but royal mail hasn't received the parcel. I've emailed them no response the tracking information hasn't changed atall. I've had to reorder from somewhere else in the hope they will be here in time. Refund my £80 back!! Rubbish site and seller.

Ordered a shirt to normal nike shirt sizing.. Way too small like fakes.
Tried return but they don't answer emails.As they need send you a address. AVOID

I had a great experience ordering from MyKitsDirect. The kit arrived quickly, was exactly as described, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Customer support was responsive and helpful too. I Highly recommend!

good discounts, good communication and most importantly good shirts with a wide variety of options

zero communication. when I eventually got hold of them they said they order was "ready for shipping" and couldn't be cancelled. A week later the order hadn't been despatched. After 3 days of trying to get hold of them I told them I would contact my bank to initiate a refund. I then had a cancellation email, but still no sign of a refund. Avoid!!!

I’ve ordered twice from My Kits Direct and had no problem. Sizes were all correct. May take a bit longer on the delivery side of things but other than that it’s great and cheaper

I wish there was no star rating. 1 star is pushing it. Quality of top that came was good.
However I ordered a kids and a men’s large arrived. Seems I’m not the first!

On my lads birthday I’ll remind him he can reopen this shirt in 20 years time when it might fit him. Thanks for that!

Football shirt didn't arrive - no communications answered or acknowledged and no way of getting a refund. I think this must be a scam website!

This website is a scam. My order has not been processed in over 2 weeks. There's no phone number to call. I will contact my bank to reclaim my money and report this as a fraudulent transaction.

Brought 2 tops had to contact them due to an issue with one of them, got a reply really quickly. New top came and they kindly offered another top. Service was excellent communication was excellent and overall purchase was excellent. In the end 3 people very happy.
