Good service, got what ordered

Excellent priced Rangemaster mixer tap. Very impressed with such quick delivery. So pleased we made our purchase through Kitchenfair.

Duplicated supply of knobs handled very well in telling us either to return the items at their cost or keep them if we could use them. Either way we wouldn't be charged twice. Free fasteners to suit the knobs sent as a goodwill gesture with their compliments.

Ordered some kitchen door handles as some of my original B and Q ones had badly worn. Found exactly what I thought I wanted and the description was bang on, so they fit perfectly. Well packed and fast delivery. Excellent all round service.

Greg from customer service was very helpful and followed up with me when our parcel was lost. In the end got it two days late which was a bit of a shame when I’d paid for next day delivery but still in time for our construction work

Ordered with next day, didn't arrive, no way to contact by phone either the seller or the delivery company, all crappy ai bots, will not be using either kf or dx ever again.

I don't know if the delivery has an issue as we are on a new build even though every company has now delivered to us before, or if they are as bad as evri and lie through their teeth either way they did not enter our estate to deliver the "sorry we missed you card" as I was in all day and the cameras cover the road and the estate entrance. Either way I guess I will never know as you can only chat to a bot that is totally useless.

"The following day" was 3 days later, and I tried contacting on Friday, and for the record Friday is not the weekend.

Handles were just as described. Little thinner than the ones I was replacing but that was expected, they were really good value for money.
I was having problems finding ones that I liked that would fit the holes already drilled on my cabinet doors.
These were a perfect fit :)
