Kitchens plus Bathrooms Opiniones 1624

I would avoid this company. They fitted a kitchen and a bathroom for us starting September 2025. As I write this review April 2026 the kitchen is not yet finished.
We chose them because they 'take care of everything'. Managing every aspect of the fit so you only have to deal with them.
While the quality of the products is great, chasing up issues and getting things finished has been far from hassle free and was more like a full time job for us. In installing the bathroom they damaged the kitchen ceiling and walls they had just fit, skimmed and decorated and after much time and MANY phone calls they are refusing to fix the damage because it was caused by the fitter and I will have to take it up with them. Which is the opposite of them 'dealing with the fitting and everything so that's why we are a bit more expensive' line we got from sales when we chose them.

The whole process was fantastic. The quality is amazing and the price blow me away. 5 stars isn’t enough highly recommend.

This is the second time we have used this company... They listen and design to what you want, the fact that the actual build and tradesman is outsourced to Lou and his team is a game changer everything was organised to perfection and communication was great, as alway coming to the end of the job there was a few things we were waiting on being completed but it honestly didn't affect the process one bit.
I would say the beginning bit of the process is still needing room for improvements, the back office were rude and unhelpful until we had someone who we relied on, Bethany was great... I don't like the fact you pay upfront as it gives you no leverage I case anything goes wrong

Adrian was very polite, convincing and very reassuring. He gave me a quote and kept in touch during the process.
The installation and flooring men did excellent jobs, I was away and they did great. finished on time. And tidied up after each work. Never came home to an unkept kitchen due to renovation work.

From the 1st day of taking old kitchen out to the day of completion all tradesmen were polite, tidy and friendly. I was kept up to date with any dates of when people would be arriving to do their part of the installation. Joe who fitted the kitchen units was particularly stand out amazing. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering having a new kitchen fitted. I would use them again without hesitation.

Scott came round yesterday to give us a quote for a new kitchen. He was great, very thorough, knowledgeable and listened to exactly what we were looking for and worked within our budget. He gave us a fantastic quote and we are so excited to get our kitchen installed in a few weeks! I would 100% recommend and look forward to writing another review once the kitchen has been installed.

Just recently agreed for kitchen plus bathroom to install a new kitchen in the cominng weeks. I was dealing with Jordan Drape. I was very Impressed with is knowledge and information that was giving to me, professional, friendly and made me very comfortable that I was with the right company to give me the kitchen of my liking.

The work was excellent.
The timing was great and worked well between my and my husband's shifts well.
All the staff were great.

Before anyone came out I mentioned I do not like been pressured…. Bathroom quote just over £12000 but if I do deal of the day dropped to just over £9000 if that’s not been pressured what is …give the best price firstly …yes quality was good … felt total pressure . I have spoken to the manager

Dean was very easy going and not pushy in the slightest which is very important to us.very informative and made everything easy to understand.its the first time we've had a designer/sales person and it was a pleasure in his company.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen.
David was really helpful and patient in designing a kitchen to suit us.
The old kitchen was removed and everything including appliances.
Steve the electrician re wired and did a bit extra for us.
The plasterers Lee and Nick were also fabulous and they too did extra.
The kitchen fitter Steve was also brilliant and stayed late to complete.
Floor fitter Steve did an amazing job with laying the floor and into some tricky corners.
The whole job was overseen by Ian and Lewis, with regular visits and phone calls.
All in all a fab job by a fab team.
And thank you Bethany for checking in to see how it was going and if we were happy.
Can’t recommend Kitchens Plus highly enough.

Adrian the Designer was very friendly and patient and took the time needed to get know us and what we wanted for our bathroom. Lovely lad.

Had chris out from kitchens plus to design a kitchen for me from the get go chris really understood what we wanted and was so helpful putting it altogether we was so impressed with the design the quality of the products he showed us down to cabnets worktops doors etc which really helped us make our decision

David the kitchen designer has been very patient with me whilst I’ve been undecided what I want to do. He’s designed us a lovely kitchen with an excellent price. Can’t wait to see it when it’s all done.

Thanks to Chris who has just designed a great looking kitchen very professional in every way, helped us look at different ideas that we didn’t think of. I would definitely recommend asking for Chris’s advice if it’s a kitchen you want.

We had a quote today from a lovely gentleman called dean and he was absolutely amazing. He walked us through every step of the process and I was blown away when I saw the 3d design I never imagined the design he came up with and although I couldn’t commit today the 12 month price guarantee is incredible I would highly recommend this company

We’ve just had a new kitchen fitted. It’s been a great experience from start to finish. All the tradesmen were very professional and polite, we had follow up phone calls from management which was very reassuring, We would definitely recommend this company.

I have recently got a lichen fitted just before Christmas.. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome… from the sales team to the kitchen designer.

The kitchen quality is outstanding, Lewis and ian who carried out my survey and were my point of contact through the whole process were faultless, always on the other end of the phone when needed and nothing was ever an issue,
Neil the joiner who fitted my kitchen was top draw, his attention to detail was perfect and a credit to his craft..

Everything wasn’t straight forward as a big job never is especially before Christmas but an over all 5 star rating is well deserved..
