As first time buyers Simon helped us through every step of the journey with exceptional service. From our first meeting to completion, he was always responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn't have asked for any more from our broker and all with a reasonable fee structure too. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is purchasing a property.

Simon acted quickly to secure best available rates for me which were better than rates found by a larger broker firm that I had used previously and he made it a stress free process

Absolutely could not recommend Simon at Kite Mortgages more if I tried. I was recommended through a friend after using a much larger broker who were extremely unhelpful. The experience was so much better and Simon was so helpful throughout.
