Simon was a champ at what he does. This is my first mortgage in UK and I’m so glad I chose Kite Mortgage to help me with it. At the time of rate hike he kept me well informed of the market and quickly locked the rate for me. I’m often surprised by how soon he replied and all the detailed information I needed. Can’t recommend them more!!

I was put in touch with Simon Hart at Kite Mortgages by my estate agents Alex & Matteo to help with the purchase of my first property. Simon was super responsive and always available to answer every question I had. Even when we hit a little roadblock with one of the banks, he quickly found alternative solutions and explained the options available to me. Even when I had very basic questions as I wasn't sure about terminology as a non-native speaker, he took the time to call and even leave a voice message to make sure I had an answer and am reassured.

We were a pair of first time buyers and had the great fortune to be referred to Kite Mortages. As complete novices to the process ourselves the lads had an immense well of knowledge to answer just about anything we could ask; besides the financial end they were more than happy to chip in their views on other elements of house buying we were unsure of. David & Simon were very reassuring presences to have on our side for the whole journey, and incredibly prompt and thorough in their communications when other outfits may leave you in the dark. We'd never have done it without them and couldn't even imagine attaining this goal for ourselves. Let them help you make the impossible possible.

When you're used to waiting days or weeks for responses from conveyancers, Simon's prompt and detailed replies were refreshing. We have now arranged both a first time buyer's mortgage and the end-of-fixed-term re-mortgage through Kite Mortgages, and it was by far the easiest part of the whole process. Even with various curveballs being thrown at us by the lenders, Dave and Simon kept everything simple and (almost) stress free. 10 out of 10, would mortgage with them again!

David is a world class mortgage broker.

We tried to purchase a property nearly 15 months ago now when we first spoke to David, and he was able to secure us an incredible mortgage in and relatively simple and pain free process. Sadly, that property fell through for other reasons and we stopped looking for a while.

We then got back in touch with David again 6 months ago, and he was more than happy to help us again. Throughout the process David has been calm, polite and extremely responsive. He's even taken the time to send through very detailed and considered emails to estate agents, reassuring them of our financial position and ultimately trying to help us win bidding wars on houses.

We also have a slightly more complex financial situation than most, which caused bureaucratic issues with various banks and delays. David was able to handle this extremely professionally, and knew what was right and what wasn't right. Furthermore, he would chase the banks daily for updates so paperwork wasn't lost along the way.

I will 100% be recommending David help the rest of my friends and family to get a mortgage. I've genuinely never had such a lovely and easy experience with someone!
