Adrian was extremely helpful, kind, and patient throughout my visit. Even though I was very indecisive, he helped me put together a great outfit for my holiday and showed me multiple options. Despite the store closing soon, he didn’t rush me into making a decision, he still went out of his way to check sizes and double-check everything, which I really appreciated.

Ordered a jersey from them and the sizing was off, I had to ship it back but it took a little over a month to receive the exchange... luckily the sizing fit well after.
Can't return wrong sized product
Ordered a pair of size 11.5 boots for$250. They were too small. In fact they were smaller than a size 11 i already had of the exact same boot. As it was a final sale item, they would not refund or exchange even though it is a missized product.

Yesterday ( 29th !!) I had to do a charge back due to the ineptitude of this company and total lack of transparency.
They clearly don't have the shoes and take payment and then scratch around trying to fob you off while they try and get a pair from anywhere. Top tier brand ? Dhgate service.
High demand ? The entire purpose of your raffle is to have the correct amount of "winners" to stock ratio. That in itself, takes away any excuses for not having the stock and not sending the items out in a prompt manner, or being overwhelmed or any other feeble excuse.
Your words mean as much as the customer service, nothing, when you do nothing but apologise for being so bad, and do nothing to rectify being so bad.

A scam
A scam. Do not refund you and do not reply to your emails about refunds. Your commit to their terms but they ignore your emails. The company needs investigating by Gov.UK about illegal procedures.
I returned by item on 28th February and Kith have not refunded me as of 19th March. I have written plenty of emails to them.

I purchased a pair of Vans that were on sale at the regular price on the website. After receiving my order, I requested a return on the Kith Canada website specifically for returns. The website informed me that my return was not possible because the purchase was a final sale, which was never the case when I placed my order. I contacted customer service repeatedly over four days, and so far, they have not responded. I am shocked to see such an attitude from a shop I trusted; this seems like a scam.

Kith’s customer service was top tier in helping me correct the issue I had. The representative (Leonard) was polite and made the extra effort to make sure I was comfortable and assured that kith was going to aid in helping me and they did.
Poor customer service high-quality high cost items
Over the Christmas holiday I ordered online from Kith, spending $250 on a gift for a relative who loves all things Kith. The delivery was sent FedEx. The FedEx driver took a picture of the package and took the package back. My neighbor witnessed the entire thing when I reached out to Kith customer service to replace the undelivered items they were cold, unhelpful and not willing to offer any support.
I will never again purchase from this retailer because there’s nothing worse than having a horrible first time experience. I hope they go down in flames.

J'ai commandé un pantalon de ski pour tout debut janvier et ils ont mis 1 mois et demi pour me l'envoyer, j'ai commandé la taille L et ils m'ont envoyé la taille XXL, et malgré le fait que la taille L soit encore sur le site ils ne veulent pas me faire un echange !! inacceptable. A fuir !

Important for UK customers: please know your legal rights before ordering.
Under UK consumer law, online purchases come with a 14-day cooling-off period, meaning you can return items for a refund within 14 days of delivery (with limited exceptions). A retailer’s internal policy does not override statutory rights.
Based on my experience and other reviews, Kith UK appear to be refusing refunds and returns in situations where UK law provides protection. If an item is faulty or not as described, customers are also entitled to a full refund within 30 days.
Sharing this so other customers are informed and can make a fair decision before ordering.

Same experience as others in the UK. They accept the return and then don’t issue a refund. They claim they are investigating with the warehouse for 5 weeks and send nothing but AI responses to emails. Forced to open a claim with credit card company.
