I contacted them several times with questions about my theme and they were incredibly helpful and kind every time — no frustration, no delays, just real solutions with a smile.

Firstly, I was confused about taking the first step toward a decision. But at this moment I contacted their customer service, and they supported me at any time, even on their off day. At last, my card didn't support buying the item, so they gave me their hand to take me from that tense moment.

I’ve had a consistently great experience with the Kitpapa support team. Every time I’ve encountered an issue with my account or templates, they respond quickly and handle it efficiently. What stands out most is their commitment to actually resolving the issue—not just replying, but making sure everything works perfectly. Truly reliable support.

Extremely disappointing. This is easily one of the worst design/service experiences I’ve come across.

Almost all of their service pages look low-effort, outdated, and poorly put together, it honestly feels like they were rushed or never finished. The only page that looks remotely acceptable is the homepage; everything else is subpar and not worth paying for.

What’s more frustrating is the false promises. Their website claims they upload five new templates every month, yet there have been little to no real updates for what seems like years. That’s very misleading for potential customers.

Save your money and look elsewhere, marketplaces like Envato offer far better quality, better support, and regularly updated products.

If negative stars were possible, this would qualify.

Bad experience. Many templates have missing files, and some templates fail to import successfully. I purchased the lifetime package, but it hasn’t met expectations.

I purchased the CarHub – Car Rental Element theme (Order #74524107) from Kitpapa, and the download package didn’t even include the style.css file, which is essential for installation. Without it, the theme is completely useless.

I contacted support with all my order details
but the issue is still unresolved. For a paid product, this is extremely unprofessional and frustrating.

Wasting customer time and money by delivering incomplete themes and not providing timely support is unacceptable. Unless this is resolved quickly, I cannot recommend Kitpapa to anyone looking for reliable themes.

I purchased their Lifetime Access plan last month, but I’m very disappointed with the support.
Whenever I needed assistance, I received no response. I submitted support tickets and sent emails, but the team never got back to me.

Another major issue is with their theme — it relies heavily on hard-coded elements on every page. As a new WordPress designer, it's extremely difficult to fix bugs or errors without proper guidance, and unfortunately, their support team is completely unresponsive.

Kits are working fine. I purchased their lifetime plan. If all kits work, it will be worth for money indeed.
