I wasn't enjoying the prices on Amazon or the wait time on Temu for ply for my laser engraver, so I thought I'd give these a go. I ordered late on Sunday evening and hoped I might have the boards later in the week. I was surprised!

I got a confirmation email of the order instantly. A thanks for purchasing email the next morning. A packing notification later that day and a tracking number with the courier (DPD) also the same day. So at this point we're still less than 24 hours in. The boards arrived by 10.20 on Tuesday morning.

Kitronik will now be my go to supplier for my laser engraver supplies. Thanks guys 10/10

I've had many many orders over the years with Kitronic. Service - quality of product - and dare I say price - have all been brilliant!

Love the quick shipping. TNT is a hit and miss though, but not your fault. My only disappointment is a lot of items get discontinued randomly and it's a pain finding replacement.

I've never experienced such good customer service as I experienced with Kitronik. I made a mistake with the order address, sending it to Canada. Kitronik contacted FedEx and asked to change the address and even though FedEx confirmed they did, they didn't. Kitronik then sent a replacement unit for free with express shipping to my UK address so my son would have his gift on Christmas day.

T'Angelo was extremely polite, friendly and helpful, even when this situation was of my own creation. It was also nice to speak to a person straight away, no long menus, no being put on hold. Really impressive.

We often leave reviews when we receive shocking customer service but we need to call out great companies more!

Kitronik have been amazing for many years and each time their customer service shines. Friendly, helpful and always putting the customer first.

I am very pleased with the service from Kitronik. The way to place order online with the company is extremely well, I received the ABS plastic sheets within few days delivered fast, very great quality and packaged very professionally. Excellent service in all and highly recommended.

Have been buying various materials from Kitronik for my laser business for well over a year now and happy with the service in general. Everything is of great quality and arrives next day every time I have ordered. On the rare occasions I have I have had issues, they have only been minor and have been resolved in a quick and professional manner. Hope to continue purchasing from them for years to come.

Third order from Kitronik and all late.My last order doesnt show up on the couriers site.Contacted kitronik and apologies no tracking info and would be delivered that day.Arrived two days later .Their materials are first class.Their comms are first class.Their packaging are first class but their Courier tnt lets them down all the time.Theres obviouslt an issue with their courier which I wish they would address.Other than that first class.ps lose the tnt

The front line girls - Lucy and Becca were fantastic! - I placed an order and then realized I had omitted an item, the delivery was quickly changed and the omitted item was added so that the delivery was completed in full

I purchased some wood off Kitronik, (3mm Panguaneta Poplar Laser Plywood, 800mm x 600mm sheet) it clearly states on their website that 'the weight of this product is approximately 780 grams a sheet' however the item that turned up was only 500 grams a sheet. I called their customer service on the day the order arrived to tell them that the item was not as described and I would like to return it to get something different. The employee I spoke to admit that the information on their website was way out of date but refused to issue a returns label as it states the weight can 'vary slightly'. Sorry but 780 grams down to 500 grams is not a slight variation. I had to pay for the order to be returned and this cost has not been refunded. I have now decided to stop using Kitronik and have moved to a different supplier.

I have ordered with Kitronik for many years with no problems, i had a bad experience with a large order delayed, the issue was caused by a custom order that was delayed, many emails later, i noticed the item was in stock, but they told me it was a custom order and they couldn't help, i even noticed the same circuit in there booklet with the same components and even cheaper, the sales person i dealt with had little knowledge of the items in the booklet, but later said that would be a solution, but still wouldn't get the order to me any quicker, not sure whats going on with this little company that was so reliable, the order has taken nearly a month to finally arrive

Fantastic company. We order acrylic from them every week and never have any issue at all. Very prompt and very helpful service.

I made a mistake in my recent order, and the massively helpful and responsive customer service assisted me to resolve the issue and went above and beyond what is normal. Speedy dispatch and delivery, would have no qualms recommending!

I have used Kitronik several times now for supplying laser engraving materials, various wooden sheets mainly. The quality of product has always been high and if I've ordered am, I typically get next day delivery. I've found them very reliable and excellent communication. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
