This was my second purchase from Kitronik Ltd and was to their usual high standard of customer care. Fast delivery, well packed and complete. I'm not a regular reviewer but I have to give credit where due. I will definitely be back.

Brilliant service.
Ordered at 4:30 p.m. and the parcel arrived the next day at 12.

Bought the wrong model of raspberry pi, called to return it and was helped by a very good customer service agent. Refunded immediately after checking if the correct model was in stock or on back order. Genuine site with a good website and buyer experience.

I placed a modest order online on Wednesday evening, telephoned and spoke to Simon on Thursday morning to ensure that the product would be fit for purpose. By Friday, it had been delivered and it was perfect.

I have been learning the BBC Microbit to teach my grandaughters programming and electronics.

The Kitronic range of accessories are excellent, well made and, uniquely, well documented so that it is easy to assemble and use.

The components come with extensions to makecode meaning that it is easy to start using the components straight away and shielding children (amd me) from all the difficulties so that the fun can start straight away.

Good company, wide product range and me and friends use them a lot for buying sheet plastics; I've placed a couple of orders with them personally.
The flat (nearly/seemingly) shipping rate on small orders is a bit high - but we live with it.
Even kept up with orders during the COVID-19 outbreak despite offering a free design for use - and thus the stimulated demand for very specific plastic sheets they recommended of their own stock; fair enough: they put the time into development and were straight about what they were doing.
Originally I was recommended them by a friend by mailing sending me simple URL link to a specific product on their comprehensive but simply structured WWW Site saying: "Buy this (colour choice yours)" and found it easy to find the other colours of the same specification.

Great company, always helpful and provide great service and shipping times.

They've turned their teams towards PPE manufacture during these times and have been supporting me with materials to do the same.

I have had a shopping experience second to none with Kitronic. At every stage of the process, the staff have been more than helpful, and have taken the time to make sure that I ordered what i needed, in doing so, offering advice and guidance, to ensure that my order met my needs. Their advice was invaluable, as it has meant that I ordered the correct components for the projects I have planned. I am looking forward to building, learning and inventing with the things i have bought. I will also be back for more things as and when i need them.

A nice range of affordable electronic kits particularly for the BBC micro:bit. In particular, the zip "pixel" LEDs are a useful, cheap alternative to Adafruit NeoPixel and with some being purpose designed for the micro:bit. The (no soldering required) :MOVE buggy kit looks fun too and makes for a nice gift.

Ordering process worked well, good email updates, quick delivery. Only obvious omission is some way to either order out of stock items or see an indication of the likely restock date or subscribe to stock updates.
