Fast shipping
I live in the USA, and shipping was quite fast. I had my order in approximately 10-11 days from the day I placed the order in the UK. I'm not really impressed with all the items, but that has nothing to do with the seller.

I can confirm that the vials I posted to you were the Red Vials that our supplier sent. The red vials have an orange hue, the orange vials are much brighter orange. We have emailed Chip offering refund/exchange on more than one occasion but Chip has yet to respond.
The only good source for small orders of glow vials
The only game in town for small orders of good glow vials. This is the second time I have used this business and I am sure I will buy from them again.

Ordered a sleeping bag which unfortunately had a fault with it .
The item was ordered through Amazon so contact was made via Amazon .
Kitwizard replied the very next morning and dealt with the issue very promptly and efficiently.
I would highly recommend this company for price and especially for their customer service

Ordering & payment process simple & posted promptly by Kitwizard. Item was adequately packed and as described.
Alas the delivery company Evri let them down. Evri failed to deliver on the specified day and did not send me a new time when I queried them meaning I had to wait most of the following day as well to see if they turned up. Not Kitwizard's fault directly but maybe they should chase up Evri about their customer service as it is dire.
