I ordered a cardi from Kiwi & Co and mistakenly got it sent to the wrong address, the girls were super helpful and made alternative arrangements. I then got in touch with them again due to my cardi looking a bit tired after a few wears and was looking for advice. They gave me some helpful advice and even arranged for a replacement to be sent. Couldn’t fault them and would 110% order again from them :)

I bought a jumper which was lovely but only came in one size, I’m usually a size medium in jumpers to give an oversized look so size 8 or 10 and the jumper only just fit, wasn’t very loose fitting and felt very boxy, I was surprised because that’s not what it looked like on the pictures so I had the impression it was inclusive to all or most sizes with it being one size.For someone who was a size 12 and up it would barely fit or not fit at all :/

The cardigans are lovely but for the price i expected more. They are not designed for tall people & the colours dont look as bright. Im 5ft10 & they are to short on the body. Also when I purchased my cardigan It did not show pre order. I paid for next day delivery & when I emailed to ask why it was taking so long I was told it was on pre order. It definitely wasn't when purchased.

Absolutely incredible handmade item for an unbelievable price. You can tell that the pieces are made of quality fabrics and material and made with love. Customer service was excellent and I will definitely be buying again from Kiwi & co

Love my kiwi cardigan. I’m size 16 so it’s not as baggy on me, however it is cosy & warm. I’ve worn it so much since it’s arrived & love the colours & wool is so comfy. Definitely recommend & worth the price too.

I still do not have my parcel so disappointed.

I tried to contact DPD but no response.

Please contact me resolve this issue. I really like your company. But will not be ordering any further as a disaster with the item that I got for my daughters birthday that has not been delivered as of yet.

Stunning cardigan!! Worth every penny!!

Being asked for a review on a purchase not yet received, despite endless DMs and emails . I am concerned I have been scammed . Cannot give anything but negative feedback on an appalling experience so far .

Everything was just easy and simple from start to finish !! The communication was great and delivery was super fast 🩷

Parcel was delivered at the lift lobby. theres a note asking delivery drivers to not leave parcels downstairs . I’ve contacted costumer support. Received an automatic email to confirm if i received my items. I sent 2nd email, no answer. disappointed

The items I purchased were very nice good quality etc. but sizes are very small that’s the reason for the 3 stars

Lovely soft knit cardigan. Good quality material and fit.
Only negative was the length of time I had to wait for delivery, which I believe was due to supply issues.

The cardigan is lovely but they run on the small size. I’m 5”8 and size 8-10 and the body width and length is not very generous unlike the pictures.
Took ages to arrive, wasn’t marked as pre-order when I purchased and took over 3 weeks to be delivered. Didn’t receive any notification of a delay until I chased them but they were quick to
Reply and very apologetic, offering me an alternative or refund if I wasn’t happy to wait

Fantastic cardigans I now have it in 2 colours I just love them
