Nice handmade items
Nice quaolity, and good service. had buy several pcs of handmade cardigans from kiwi, sometimes they are out of stock, I think it should be the handmade speed can not catch up the fast selling. However, they are worth the price and time to wait( if need)

Absolute nightmare process to return - 5 days later I m still waiting for approval and return info - very time consuming process 😭would put me off ordering again

Honest
I will be honest here. I was slightly disappointed of the quality of knit with this chunky knit cardigan. Considering the price it has lots of flaws and big gaps in the knit. It's a lovely cardigan just for the price I'd expect better craftsmanship.

Bombard you with emails all day everyday but fail to answer ur query regarding exchanges won’t allow me to exchange via the process as my item is less then what I wish to exchange it for as I had 10% discount on my order happy to pay the difference but gives me no option to do so and no help from customer suppprt just ignored

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We just wanted to clarify a couple of points: all of our cardigans are designed in-house by the Kiwi & Co team, and many styles are hand-knitted. Where we do use overseas production, we carefully select trusted partners who meet our quality standards.
We also clearly state the fabric composition on each product page so our customers know exactly what they’re purchasing. While we previously used wool, we moved to acrylic as it’s more durable, easier to care for, and, most importantly wool is a major allergen. We had many customer requests for an alternative, and acrylic allows us to keep our bold colours vibrant while making the cardigans more accessible.
On returns, we provide a self-serve portal that makes the process straightforward, and like most retailers we do operate on a paid returns basis.

I bought a dress
I bought a dress, for a wedding, the blue one that looks like the sea. Fits lovely, very pretty, skims the chunky bits. As a random idea I bought the mystery box. I am impressed. Inside the mystery box, Another dress (black and white stripe) lovely. A gorgeous pair of daisy earrings, a large white tshirt , a headband and I forget what else. Made my day to receive it. I'm very happy with the contents. I'll probably get another mystery box next time I buy from this site. For fun.

Very warm and nice staff was communicated with me from Kiwi&Co . Jacket was absolutely beautiful and good quality just didn’t fit for me was too short sleeves. So i maked return, but definitely i will come back for some nice stuff

I have loved Kiwi and co for a couple of years now, but a recent experience has made me love the company even more.
Slight mishap with the delivery of a product, ( not Kiwi and co’s fault at all ) , however Emily from the customer care team has gone above and beyond to help me with my order!

I received the wrong item in my order
I received the wrong item in my order, which i hadn't opened and checked as it was for a birthday and I've never had any issues with orders in the past.
I emailed and sent a picture of the incorrect item late in the evening. I was contacted the following morning by Emily who arranged for the correct item to be mailed to me, and gave instructions on how to return the incorrect one. The next morning , the correct item arrived!
Fabulous service by Emily, no quibble about the fact I was outwith the returns period either. Have bought from the company previously and would not hesitate to do so again based on the excellent service received by Emily
