Worst customer service they are selling at double price and when you ask for refund they’ll keep saying we are directly importing from US other websites like dista usa and i herb are way far better so please avoid them i order for the first time and got scammed.

Seems to be some fake setup. Ordered an item more than a month ago, customer support keep pushing delivery dates and learned its cancelled. Don’t get why they are in business if can’t provide order or timely service.

I wrote review on this platform about kiwala.and whatever they are telling here is completely lie.so dont trust on them.I always received there call.I also talk to that company, they said it completely fake and it could be harmful for consumption.I also scanned product barcode,it didn't give any product information regarding product. Whatever they are telling here in response of them,is completely lie.please dont buy anything from this site,otherwise customer will be cheated like me.

They are scamers...i recently purchased eye cream and it was supposed to b imported but there was no stamp or mark etc of the country from which it was supposed to come...there was no seal..the outer carton was sealed only otherwise product was not sealed...i sent photos even but they asked for video...which is really pisted me off...i paid heavy amount just for eye cream n now it's lost....so never order anything online from this site...they r fraudsters..

Apparently , I ordered two products ! One of them turns out to be fake , the other one is still original . They play out in a manner where customer doesn’t question authenticity!!
