I have lots of items recently
The knee length trousers after a wash all fray at hem
Blouses well some are good others rubbish
I got 5 on Thursday one white one was like a rag in bag and all dirty marks on front I will have to try and wash off
Some parcels have items missing paid for but when question out of stock
I would class my self as a very good customer
But items latterly look as though just thrown in a bag all creased
I question the size of late as some are huge for 18
Hopefully will get act together and do correct thing by loyal customers

I think it’s a very pretty dress that’s a winner for me.
I think it’s a very pretty dress that fits me perfectly apart from the length as I’m only 5 foot 2 but I have someone who can shorten it for me.It’s a go anywhere dress but not too flashy so I love it.

Returns
I need to return the item and return procedure is ridiculous. I don't have a printer or anyone to ask. Why not just have returns that can be taken to the post office. Will never order again or recommend Klass.

Slip on and go
I brought one of these dresses from a garden centre years ago and love it. The other day I was thinking that I wanted a dress that I could slip on and go and suddenly thought of the Klass dress that I brought, hence buying two more. Good value for money and can wear them anywhere.
