Many lovely clothes to choose from and fairly priced. My items arrived quickly and were packed well. I have kept the cardigan but returned the gilet as it was too large. Easy return procedure.

Really good service received from Klass - orders are acknowledged promptly, despatched almost by return and received within days. Items are carefully/neatly packaged. In the event an item is not suitable, for whatever reason, refunds are processed quickly - especially when taken to a local Klass location. Very pleased with service received.

True to size and fairly quick delivery. I mostly look at the sale items but have also bought instore. Though u wish they would do more plain colours as I often like the style but not the fabric of the clothes. Im not a fan of big flowers.

I ordered two to try . They were both beautiful and well made . One I liked just a little more than the other . I returned one for a refund .I found it very easy to follow the return instructions. My refund appeared back in my account within days .
