I'm never giving up Klira! I've never been able to use tretinoin before but with Klira it's been a breeze plus my formula contains other amazing ingredients to treat my skin issues.
Another huge bonus is the incredible service. The team are always on hand to answer any questions and give tips to make your experience as easy as possible.

Really enjoying this skincare routine, and eager to try the body special, when I email with a question they get back to you within 24hrs with good concise answers. I have previously watched Dr Emma on The Bad Skin Clinic she helped people get amazing results.

This is my first trustpilot review but I really felt like I needed to write one for Klira! Firstly their customer service is amazing but the product is exceptional and the analysis of their skin and explanation of why they've prescribed what they have is fascinating. I have to be honest, at first, I wasnt sure they had my skin size right, but I have been proven very wrong.
After working in beauty buying for a number of years, I am (and have always have been) a skincare junkie. Unfortunately my skin is also very sensitive so throughout the years, I have had some horrible breakouts, often the day after using a product that my skin doesnt like. However, I havent had any reactions from using the Klira treatment and the routine that they provide you with (all very reasonably priced suggestions) have improved my skincare routine (and skin), beyond belief. I have wasted thousands of £££ on skincare over the years that my skin hates and although at first, I thought Klira was expensive, when I think back to what I used to spend a month on testing different products that didnt work, I'm now saving money. I have been speaking with Tamara and Chloe who have both been amazing, they have assisted me with my queries and got back to me with responses within. Reasonable time phrame , very happy with the service so far. :)

A great concept that is being well executed by a dedicated team of skin specialists. I consider Klira a wellbeing service and not just skincare. So much of our confidence is linked to the relationship with our skin and it can be very challenging when we are dealing with problematic skin issues. Klira offers a way of accessing dermatological advice and prescription skincare with ease.

Comprehensive skin assessment and although I have only recently started using my skinsize 3, I have already noticed slight improvements in my skin.
Unfortunately my pump dispenser stopped working after a few days and the Customer Support team sent me a replacement immediately.
Very impressed with the product and Customer service team.

So far I can't rate Klira highly enough. Even with their free product and routine recommendations my skin is improving. Great communications and updates from the team. Looking forward to starting with my bespoke treatment

This really is an exceptional product combined with exceptional customer service. Tailored to you. Your specific skin needs. Not mass produced to suit everyone. The attention to detail in creating your unique formula is second to none. I'm a skin size 11 with very little concerns over the years. Very fortunate however I've since noticed a clarity and a firmness to my skin since using Klira. I've also not noticed flakes of skin peeling off which is a game changer ! Going to work the next morning knowing you don't look like you have a skin disease from tretinoin use the night before is so fabulous . How much I have saved since beginning this journey is amazing !!!! And a bland moisturiser in a large bottle lasts months and months and months ... and MONTHS..hahaha.. no expensive moisturiser for me anymore . I would recommend to everyone to take a trial .

I have spent a great deal of money if the past few years trying to improve my skin but to no avail. I saw the advert for Klira and read reviews and decided to give it a try. Wow I am so glad I did. I purchased the one bottle but within 4 weeks I can clearly see an improvement so much so I have now subscribed . I believe my skin was worsening with the many differing products I was using. Now I use an everyday day and night moisturiser which was recommended and the kira at night. Highly recommend

I've been using Klira skin since 2022, after seeing Dr Emma Craythorne at her practice. She is an amazing expert, and my experience with her was so brilliant! I had a diagnosis of Rosacea & Seb-Derm & decided I would take up the subscription with Klira as part of my skin treatment plan . The service & product are amazing. I have noticed considerable improvement in my skin, it is less reactive, more predictable & the redness and papules I was experiencing went away. When ever I have had a questions the team behind Klira have been amazing. I think the cost is well worth it, as the product is trustworthy & I have seen results! I couldn't be without my Klira subscription now!

Incredible product! I've been using Klira for almost a year and it's made such a difference to my skin's hydration and texture. The customer service team are also super lovely and helpful!

Typical male ..don’t do skincare at all except my wife makes me moisturise and spf. Now she’s introduced Klira a given me a routine .. wasn’t sure I needed it 😂 clearly I did as in a week even I can see and feel the difference.. I feel smoother my wife says I’ve more even colour and people say my skin glows. It’s a bit tingly but told to be expected and moisturising before helps. Very interesting all in all. Highly recommended.

Really effective skincare at an affordable cost with the back up of experienced dermatologists. Only one cream to use at night so really easy. I noticed an improvement in my skin within days!
Any questions are promptly answered by email. I cannot recommend the products or company enough.

I am in my fourth month of using Klira.!I have always used good skincare, but nothing has ever worked like Klira. It is absolutely the right product for my skin and I am already seeing great results. I will never go back.

The support from the derm team is great, if I have a question it is answered promptly and is always relevant.

Really impressed with the service so far. The skin solutions provided are more complex and comprehensive than other services I’ve tried. I’m on month one and starting to notice some improvements slowly.
I have 4 stars as I think the tech re the website and marketing emails need a bit of refinement (I’m still receiving these even though I’m a paid subscriber!).
But the chat is incredibly useful and you feel well supported.

Always on hand to give quick advice as you progress along your Klira journey. 7 months using Klira now. My skin was never able to tolerate the active ingredients before until I used their bespoke formula which works with my very sensitive skin

I’ve been using Klira for almost a year now and have to say it’s amazing. My skin looks great and it feels like a truly personal service from the way the products are mixed specifically for my skin to the customer service. I recently had to contact them because I’m due to go on holiday and was worried that my next delivery wouldn’t arrive in time - Tamara came back to me the next working day and arranged for my delivery to be sent earlier. I love that they reviewed my progress after 6 months and slightly tweaked the ingredients based on my progress. Brilliant product and fantastic customer service!

I took a skin test after all the 30 questions they asked to take a membership. They should've asked that at the beginning. Wasting peoples time!!!
