Since starting my Klira journey 3 weeks ago my skin has already improved dramatically. I can’t wait to see what the next few months can do for me too as I know it’s a process that improves more and more over time. Their Customer Service team are excellent!

Klira is a wonderful product that already after a short time using, has improved my skin dramatically. Fast efficient customers services has helped when I’ve had a few curious questions among the way!

Created account.

Signed up for email newsletter.
Received first newsletter with 15% discount code on first bottle of The Skin Special.

Completed online consultation questionnaire.

Paid for order, at £49.00 per month with one year commitment.

Receive email to set account password. Doesn’t work.

Then …

Nothing.
Silence.

Checked bank, see funds debited.

Went back on Klira website and can see online account and all details, but can’t set password.

Log out.

Try to log back in again, can’t.

Try to reset password. Nothing.

Try to recreate account. Told account already exists and can’t sign up again.

Go back to Klira website and use chat button, bottom right.

Only then and after inputting name and email address does chat system state that: ‘ Please note our tech team is making some system updates which might have affected your account. If you notice any errors, please let us know,’.

Send chat and a help email … no response.

Come on folks. A proactive message up in the header of your website would have been really helpful and informative about your technical issues.

Thanks for wasting several precious hours of my Monday morning!

I will not be back.

PS. Thankfully my bank has reversed my payment.
PPS. Getting really sick of all these start-ups with zero thought towards customers and their time.

I absolutely love this product! I have acne prone skin and I have tried EVERYTHING for years and nothing helped. I then discovered this and I was apprehensive but after just 1 week I saw changes in my skin and now I am on my third month and my skin has improved massively! I cannot stop using it and wish I knew about sooner so want to spread the word. It is a little bit of an investment every month but no where near as expensive and other methods I have tried so give it a go! It really works for me!

Best skincare I've found. Works so well with my rosacea. Also with the added benefit of advising on the best choices to make for completing your skincare routine.

My experience with Klira skincare is just at a year now and I have been delighted with the change to my skin. After many years of acne then rosacea (ongoing), my hypersensitive skin has never looked as good or been so calm. The team give quick, thoughtful and truly helpful responses to questions.

Klira has made an incredible difference to my skin in only 3 months. Nightly skincare routine is so simple. After cleansing with a relatively cheap cleanser recommended by them apply 2 pumps of Klira to face with ingredients bespoke to your individual skin concerns. If your particular skin types needs more moisture you can add again a relatively cheap moisturiser recommended by them on top.
No more layering & overloading lots of actives causing reactions & not knowing if they are right for you.
Mornings very simple cleanse & moisturise as above and most importantly SPF50 again one recommended Klira for you at a reasonable cost
Also they are also on handy by email to advise on queries you may have and those are answered very quickly. I’m sticking with Klira. It’s mist definitely simplified my skincare regime and most importantly my skin has improved. I’ll be sticking with it for sure !!!

I have been using Klira for six months and have noticed a huge improvement in my skin. Excellent service from the initial consultation through your treatment. The klira team are always available to answer any questions. The product comes efficiently and I have never had a problem with the packaging. Some may say it’s a lot of money but that is all I use except modestly priced cleanser and moisturiser with SPF 50+. I think I have a bargain for personal prescriptive service that clearly works

Klira is everything I needed and more!
I have started my journey with Klira a month ago after Dr Emma and her team diagnosed me with rosacea.My skin was extremely dry and full of sore spots.I have to say that after just one week of using the personalised formula sent by Klira along with the moisturisers I was advised will work best for my skin type my skin was glowing and looking healthy again!
After one month It definitely reduced the appearance of fine lines also!
On top of the outstanding product quality- from formula to packaging I was very impressed with their profesionalism and excellent customer service!

I've been a customer for 5 months now and just switched from quarterly to annual subscription. Really pleased with both the product and customer service! I've been impressed with how promptly they resolve any queries I have, be it questions on skincare or pump replacement, etc. I'm a skincare aficionado and like trying new products, but am happy to stick with Klira for my evening routine indefinitely.

Having experienced a little irritation at 6 months in I contacted the Klira Derm team over email and received a very quick response over the weekend! Both Rosie and Sarah have been fantastic, recommending exactly what to do and what additional product to add to my routine. Amazing, amazing, amazing, that’s all I can say. I have tried so many different things on my skin and with it changing due to perimenopause, hormone changes and constant outbreaks this is the first product in years that has stopped outbreaks, helped scaring, brightened my skin and just has honestly improved it hugely. So much so that I have changed from the monthly subscription to the yearly one as I am so sure that this is the right treatment for my skin and will continue using with the ease that it’s only one product and the other products that are recommended to use along side are easily accessible and budget friendly unlike other products I have used before.
