Bought a product called hessaire
Bought a product called hessaire. Had a problem under warranty took over a month to deal with it and get a new part. It is for heating and cooling so went part of summer without ac and was getting worried about heating in winter

Wood lathe chuck was ordered and correct bushing was not available when part was shipped.. A quick phone call to Moe in Abbotsford had the right bushing in the mail in 2 days.

Ability to reach a knowledgeable person by phone
I was able to speak with a knowledgeable person about my online purchase and get clear answers when I called. Also was able to get clear information on timing with the delivery person.
