Fast delivery of gorgeous yarns. The best place to get your knitting goodies. This time i brought some yarns and a kit to knit Wol the owl from winnie the pooh. Last time i brought the kit for tigger. I have ordered from them about four maybe five times now and every time I i have been impressed. The yarns come sealed in waterproof bags so they do not get wet in transit. I shall definitely order from again. I am knitting obsessed at the moment lol as i only hand knit quality to me is very important Glad i found this shop :) Michaela C

I live in NZ and the delivery was exceptionally fast, like a week if that! I was very impressed.

Okay I just double checked, I ordered on the 18 Aug and it arrived on the 25th Aug!!!

Exceptional customer service. Gave clear advice over the phone on how best to contact to request a specific dye lot. When I placed my order, it was on its way the very same day and it arrived two days later, beautifully packaged. Was so impressed that the team spent time searching for an older dye lot. The yarn is very well priced and as lovely as expected. I can't wait to use the yarn and to order again from KH in the future.

I had a lovely experience this week with Knitted Home. I called them to ask for some advice. It was lovely speaking with the lady in the phone. She gave me a thorough breakdown of the yarn I was interested in purchasing. She also gave me some suggested patterns. She did not rush me off the phone and was very accommodating.
I made the purchase and the items were shipped the same day! I received the item two days later.

I now only use Knitted Home to buy my yarn. They have always sent my order same day, and it is sent in lovely packaging. I order before cut off but when I’ve had a yarn emergency for a custom piece they were so helpful and got it to me next day despite me calling at 4pm.
Couldn’t recommend them enough!
I have found other stores sometimes unreliable but this store hasn’t let me down!

Very happy with this company. After a few hiccups with Royal Mail not delivering my initial package, my money was refunded and was quickly sent another package arriving two days later. Couldn't ask for more.

I’ve used Knitted Home countless times and it’s absolutely amazing. You order by 2pm, it’s on its way that day, you get a tracking number by email and it arrives two days later. It’s so reliable. In the unlikely event that something happens to it on the Royal Mail side (as has just happened to me, not Knitted Home’s fault) the comms and advice are human and excellent. Please never shut down! Can’t recommend highly enough.

So happy with my experience with Knitted Home. I ordered on Friday, and my order was with me by Monday. It was securely packaged and included a KH info sheet and a yarn storage bag.

Awful company! Did a £95 order I personally didn’t like the yarn I returned it and was happy to pay the return fee not until when I return it and it arrived back with them on the 22nd November and no returned logged with them! I contacted them via email several of times no contact back it was until I got a reply on instagram that my refund was then processed! Not happy that I had to then pay the return via when I did nt get my refund until 11th of December

This was the first time I used Knitted Home and what a wonderful experience! I placed my order right in the middle of the Christmas rush on December 17th. Living in the United States I did not expect a delivery for weeks. What a surprise when it arrived on the 27th. You can see excellent customer service is on the top of their list.
I ordered knitting kits. Each one came in a beautiful package containing everything you need to complete the project. Everything! The selected yarns are exquisite. I never could have chosen them myself. I am, without a doubt, a continued customer of Knitted Home. I look forward to what new treasures they will come up with.

This company has been great. A couple of balls of yarn got lost in the post, but as soon as I queried this with them, they sent out new balls. All their wool/yarn has been lovely to work with and I will definitely use them again.
