Nice bag very well constructed best bag I ever owned

Been a week, item still hasn't shipped. They claim it ships same day or next day.

The customer service provided and the shipping were excellent. Honestly, I find the zippers cheaper looking and feeling than the price demands. Overall, I was disappointed in the quality of the handles, zipper, and zipper pulls. I’m sure they will break sooner than later. By contrast, the design is 5/5.

It's been a week and USPS has not received my order. No delivery date. It appears after a week my order has not left yet. Concerning!

Love these dividers. I got them to split up my boxing gear. I have a lot of different wraps that I’m always digging around for, this definitely helped with that.

The backpack is absolutely awesome. Highly recommended.

Dividers make going through my bag so much easier.

Only issue is my shoes don’t fit very well
I only wear a size ten and it pushes the top of the bag lid and side up super high and is a rough zipper pull
Other then that it’s the dividers and the bad are perfect

Bought the CORE35 Duffel in 2022 and within the year the bag's stitches started to rip and tear. Reached out to customer service to make use of the advertised lifetime warranty to get the bag repaired.

After emailing back and forth for days, the customer service refused to take in my bag for repair or replacement since they don’t send to Europe anymore due to a transition in the company. Nor did they take the effort to uphold their own promise of a lifetime repair. Instead, they offered a small refund for the inconvenience which wasn’t enough to cover the expense to get the bag repaired at a local atelier.

Do not buy from this company. The quality is very bad, and they don’t uphold their own promises. Not customer-friendly at all.

I bought this bag a few weeks ago and here are some observations. Decent bag. The belt storage helps but the inside is pretty small. I pack my work clothes in it after I change since I go to crossfit after work. The shoe compartment is tight and I only wear a size 9. Has come unzipped under pressure every day since owning it. Also the velco that holds the handles together also comes undone often. The lap compartment separator is not rigid at all and actually creates more aggravation than it helps. I keep my knee sleeves in it and it just flops open. Also for something this size give an option other than USPS for shipping.

If I knew my weight belt wouldn’t store in the end of my bag I would have ordered a different one. Quality great but my belt takes up most of my storage

Excellent quality dividers for my gym bag. Versatile and allow for different configurations.

8 Days from purchase and it still hasn't arrived: from CA to Portland, OR! USPS is still awaiting item from "shipping partner." To charge premium prices for products and then cut corners on shipping/delivery makes absolutely no sense and has unfortunately soured me on this brand.

its been 8 days since i ordered and it says my order hasn't even shipped. i haven't received any updates.

The 51 L core was supposed to be able to hold up to size 15 shoes. I wear 13 and there's no way in the world I could fit them in the shoe compartment.

I don’t know what delivery service they use but I ordered a bag ten days ago and still haven’t received it. I mean I’m not expecting Amazon delivery but ten days and still no expecting date is kinda silly.

Ordered a bag. Got a tracking number and then watched my bag sit in NJ for a week. Still don’t have the bag
