Avoid at all costs wont accept a return and asks for more money to resend some the order back out for a shipping fee if I take my PayPal Dispute down!

** Update via submitting a PayPal dispute for anyone in the same predicament where Komily refuse to provide return detail's;

Avoid at all costs. Wanted to return a large order unhappy with. Paypal dispute still on going with evidence nearly 2 weeks later. So glad paid by Paypal now. Initially prior to Checked return policy on their site which advised to contact customer service via email. Which I then was met with "shipping costs to costly to return" but "will offer a 10% discount or send 4 of the 8 items" again in a smaller size for "a £6.99 shipping fee if I close the PayPal dispute down. This was a large order of around £100 and nothing fits and awful quality. All I wanted to do was return the items for a refund. I even tried to come to an agreement to return for smaller sizing, they refused both, offering a 10% discount or 4 items sent if I paid a further £6.99 for shipping and if I close the dispute down. Appalling customer service and you have to await a day each time for an email. Hoping PayPal pulls through for me. £100 down on Christmas gifts with 8 items unhappy with.

Terrible , the worst company . Avoid Like a plague!!!

This is by far the worst company I ever used . Never again . Customer service is absolute disaster . I ordered a bikini back in May and when I still didn’t receive them by the end of July , I wrote to the company . They suggested I find a police man in my town to help me to track the parcel . What the hell ? I asked for refund and they said they can’t give me the refund but will send me the bikini again if I PayPal them 7 euros . I said no chance and feel free to send it to me again free of charge . I threatened to take it further if they won’t . They wrote back saying ok , and Said they will , then sent me shipment details . Two months later , bikini is still not here and they are not even replying to my emails . Avoid these people !

Avoid!!!!!

Avoid!!!!!! At all cost!!! Its now been 3 months and we've gone from only being able to offer 10% refund to 50%... it'll probably take another 6 months to get anywhere but I won't let them keep my money. Please avoid and check reviews before you buy the product is shocking and customer service is worse!!!

AVOID!!!!

I ordered a swing chair and the initial parcel delivered was for a 4 inch high stool. They sent a replacement, which was apparently posted through the letterbox (a chair? Through the letterbox????). I've been emailing for a number of months and they asked me to complain to the post office and ask for a refund. Hmmm. NO! They are offering a service, which they haven't fulfilled and expect me to sort it out! Avoid at all cost.

TERRIBLE experience

The clothes are AWFUL. Some were stained, some had holes in them and the rest were poorly made and looked nothing like the photos.

When I contacted them they suggested I took them to a tailor for repair and to the dry cleaners!

It’s taken almost 3 months to get my money back and that was only because PayPal covered me.

Avoid at all cost.

May aswell throw your money in a bin than purchase from these. Purchased 5 items and 3 of the 5 didn't fit. I followed their return process on the website. Which basically isn't available to anyone. I offered to return the items at cost to myself but was told not to bother as international shipping to China would cost to much. I could keep the items and they would refund 10% which was £3.50!!!

I only clicked 1 star as it wouldn’t let me proceed with 0! I have absolutely no idea how this company is still running!! The worse customer service ever! Avoid at all costs! That cute little dress you have seen...... isn’t a cute little dress and no way will you be able to return it! In fact when you ask they will suggest you give it to family or friends!!! Then they will suggest you can’t afford the shipping back to China!! I have never received such appalling service! I will return my items it’s their choice if they decide not to give me the address, I will send back to the UK and then start the process for a fraudulent claim through my bank!
Please please please do not use this company and please do not believe the ‘good’ reviews!
Spread the word fast.... I have!!

Extremely poor quality and fit. Dress material very see through.

The quality and fit of dresses are extremely poor for the price. The thin exposed elastic sewn on the inside of the dress ripped as soon as I tried it on. In normal circumstances, I would return the products but by reading the other reviews, I think I'll cut my losses and save myself the stress. Lesson learned. This is the first and last time I will fall for a FB ad!

AVOID

I have sent several emails asking for returns information as the items I purchased were terrible quality. The fabric is very thin and shiny. They keep asking for photographs to resolve but, refuse to give any information to return, this has been going on for nearly 3 weeks now. I will be going to trading standards if I don’t get a returns address by the end of this week. AVOID.....do not get sucked in by the lovely cream dress and sandals they advertise, they don’t look like that in real life.
** Update- I now have a returns address in China that I have to pay for to return items. They do have a UK address that items are dispatched from but, they won’t take returns there. Disgraceful company to deal with.

Absolutely terrible company

I have emailed them to explain that the items I received were extremely bad quality and did did not reflect the description or picture online. I have sent numerous emails asking for them to confirm where I can send my purchases to for a refund and do date (over a month after my purchase) they continue to refuse to resolve this or allow me to have my money back. Absolutely terrible experience and safe to say I will never be using them again.

Never received delivery, customer service awful, sorted in the end after lengthy dispute

Ordered dress and sandals from company. Delivery company left package in entrance way of building and I never received it. Komily consider this successfully delivered and suggested I "find a police man to help me". As it is their legal responsibility to refund or replace where there is a dispute about delivery I will be escalating this further. Customer service is shocking (take ages to reply, ask for the same info repeatedly, don't understand their obligations). **UPDATE** They replaced the lost items in the end and the items are nice**

Avoid avoid avoid

As others have said customer service is zero stars if you encounter a problem. Emails take days to reply, asked for photos and body measurements when I said something didn’t fit! Offered 10% refund stating international shipping is expensive so I really should keep the item. Finally opened a PayPal dispute and they emailed me saying I needed to withdraw it do they could proceed with resolving the issue. I’m afraid I don’t believe the ‘good’ reviews on here as they are written in poor English somewhat reminiscent of the type used in the emails.... avoid this company at all cost.
