I’ve had the most incredible experience as a vendor on Kouwi. The team has been great to work with, very approachable and have a very active engaged audience so it’s been a great marketplace to sell my products. Can’t recommend Kouwi enough!

Kouwi is simply a re-shipper of AliExpress goods. Not even any rebranding or packaging in between.

I bought kids shoes for $53. They arrived posted in a plastic bag. I then found the same shoes available from AliExpress for $18.

Just buy direct from Ali and save yourself the massive margin.

Absolutely appalling experience with both Baccarats and Kouwi.
I ordered two fragrances from Baccarats (promoted through Kouwi), and what I received were clearly counterfeit products. No response from Baccarats whatsoever—just complete radio silence after they took my money.

What’s worse is Kouwi’s role in all this. They featured and endorsed Baccarats on their site, giving them credibility. But once things went south, they washed their hands of all responsibility, claiming they weren’t involved—even though they willingly promoted the scam. They could’ve stepped in, issued a refund, and dealt with Baccarats directly, but instead chose to do nothing meaningful to help a paying customer.

Both companies have shown zero accountability. I’ve kept the products sealed, asked politely for a resolution, and still been treated with indifference. I’ll never shop through either platform again and will be warning others to avoid them at all costs. You’re better off throwing your money out the window.

Kouwi has to be the best site online ,not only do they have amazing products there prices are also .They have a range off so many different products.
The staff are exceptional also ready to jump in if any problems arise or to simply to help.
I can't speak highly enough off Kouwi and the staff .You must have a look if u haven't already done so ,U will become addicted like me

Their return policy is terrible. They offer store credit or exchanges for eligible items. Items not eligible include accessories, apparel, footwear, pyjamas and health & wellness products. So basically everything. For eligible items you need to pay to return it.

Edited : 20/09/2025, I ordered sneakers. I still have them, they're in my closet gathering dust. I've never worn them as they don't fit

Bought these shoes for my daughter for school and they are excellent. She thinks they are so comfy and she wants to wear them all the time. Had a minor issue when ordering but was resolved so quickly by the team and did not delay our order at all. Really impressed.

The shoes are of excellent quality and reasonably priced. The Kouwi team was also kind and helpful, and the item arrived safely. I’ll be purchasing through Kouwi again!
