My experience with Kove has been first class from start to finish. Kove have a terrific partner in NGU who handled all the refurbishments on behalf of Kove, and also have a letting team to help me get a tenant in. If you're looking to buy in the North east, look no further than Dan and his team. Shout out to Nasser, Dan, Monica, Chris, Katie and Annelise and anyone else I've forgotten! You're a great team!

I contacted Kove Properties for a buy-to-let (BTL) property option. Vona has guided me through the initial onboarding stages. Vona organized strategic meetings with various team members, which streamlined my onboarding process. I am in the process of purchasing my first investment property with Kove. Marron was excellent in obtaining a great portfolio of properties, with detailed information pertaining to each property. This was a great aid in choosing which property would be the best one to opt for. Marron kept me informed throughout, whilst always being available to answer any queries. However, so far, so good!

What they do well:
- Sourcing deals - this is what we hired them for! And it was great to get deals from the very start and have support along the way understanding various markets, properties, etc.

- Great, responsive team (shoutout Marron and Angel) that is keeping me updated, moving things forward, and supporting when needed

- End to end property investing management: Connected us to BTL company setup partner (GetGround); broker; solicitor; surveyors, etc. and supported along the way.

All of this would have been extremely time-consuming and very very difficult to arrange from my base in London, so it's very much worth the fee, especially as a first-time buyer.

This is my first purchase with Kove. I dealt with Marron at the beginning of my purchase. Marron was always readily available to ask any questions and explain everything to me. Also always replied very quickly. Cant complain

I am in the process of purchasing my first investment property with Kove properties. The whole process has been very organised and my initial dealing with Marron and the team have been excellent and thorough. I am now with the sales team to conclude my sale and am looking forward to my new property next year.

This is the first property I have ever bought, so I didn’t really know all the steps needed to get to completion. Kove has really helped hold my hand all the way through and my situation isn’t the easiest as I live in China. Marron and Monica are great, they’ve helped push everything through and are always willing to help with any questions I’ve had. I’ve recommended Kove to my friends and plan on using them again to buy my second property. I’m still waiting to complete but everything is with the solicitors now, and Monica is helping chase them.

So far so good. We were apprehensive at first as this is our first venture into property acquisition. Within just a couple of weeks, we have identified a property, placed an offer, been outbid, offered several others to consider, chosen one and are well on the way to ownership and a residual income. It's been incredibly smooth. Marron and Carl were fantastic, not a day went by without comms. We hope the rest of our journey is just a smooth.

My overall experience has been very good with Kove and they have been very accommodating with any issues I raised and Dan was always on hand to answer any questions and make time for a call which is rather refreshing for places like this to actually be able to deal with and speak to the owners. Would recommend Kove properties as they make it easy to become that property mogul everyone wants to be.
