I can't really say enough. From start to finish Karl was experienced, professional, easy to work with and extremely skilled. He picked the parts for my new pc build to match my budget perfectly and ensured I was happy every step of the way in terms of not only the power of the pc but also the cosmetics. The process was quick, efficient and very exciting. Delivery was also brilliant with not a single flaw in the build. He has also helped me previously with past issues on an old PC. Truly a saviour. I recommend to anyone who needs a reliable build or reliable fixes to a current computer.

Just brilliant from start to finish. I had an old PC that due to relocating had just been sat in a cupboard for a few years. When I eventually got it out it was super slow and not running properly.
Karl updated the OS for me and recommended an SSD as I still had a HDD. Was very communicative throughout, and was very understanding when I was late to drop off the PC due to car issues.
I highly recommend his service and will more than likely be going back to him in the future for a new PC build.

Karl was fantastic I know very little about computers and karl talked me through everything. Purchase was made and within 5 days it was built and delivered.
Karl has also been on the phone a few times helping me set things up would 100% recommend KP-PCBUILDS and will be going back for upgrades in the future

Reliable, honest, good value

Karl was genuinely so helpful and understanding I asked him to build me a pc with specs given to me from a friend and I didn’t realise till he built it I didn’t like the case and worried to ask him to change it all about he was more than happy to get it sorted to exactly what I wanted and showed me all the different variations he could do for me! A few days later he hand delivered me the pc and I couldn’t be happier!
