Can't recommend KP enough.
Talk me through the entire custom build of what I was looking for he recommend parts I was not aware of that worked out cheaper always kept me updated and answered straight away with any queries I had .pc arrived pre built very tidy inside had game installers pre installed and runs effortlessly
If you fancy a pre built pc regardless of budget 100% recommend going here .

I wanted to replace my ageing midi tower running Windows 10 with a smaller, faster PC running Windows 11. My previous computers were built locally and I wanted to continue with local companies. Searching the Web took me to KP-Builds website. I was after something a lot less spectacular and probably cheaper than those shown on the website. I emailed a very basic idea of what I wanted and a budget I thought would get me a ‘decent’ PC. Lots of emails followed and I always received a response the following day. I received a list of suggested components well within my budget. I eventually opted for a small form factor case only available via Amazon. All done quickly and professionally. Even free delivery as I live locally to Karl. The day after delivery I received a final sheet with the list of components indicating the serial numbers. I suspect dealing with my many emails may have taken longer than building the PC.
Having spent considerable time setting up Windows 11 and installing various software I eventually installed some Adobe photo software having deactivated it from my old PC. It totally bricked Windows. Couldn’t do anything. Seems to be a common problem with this older software. Going back to a restore point didn’t help. I was just about to go on holiday and contacted Karl explaining the situation. He said he could have a look at it while I was on holiday. Left it with Karl and contacted him on my return. He had reinstalled Windows. He even delivered the PC again. I had to insist on paying for this extra work. Great guy.

Needing a new computer, I did my research and selected KP-PCBuilds as a likely supplier. I contacted Karl and outlined my requirements. Via a series of emails Karl refined my wish list into a bespoke build that came in within my budget. Once the build was commissioned Karl gave me a proposed date for completion. Although this completion date slipped by a few days this was due to a faulty part that Karl had identified during testing. He kept me fully informed and was soon able to confirm, following remedial attention, that the testing was satisfactorily completed. The newly built PC was then shipped to me for the next working day. It was immediately put to use and has performed all that was required of it, faultlessly.
Overall purchasing a bespoke new build from KP-PCBuilds was a very straightforward process and and at all times I was kept well informed. On the basis of my experience I would wholeheartedly recommend Karl.

I approached KP about wanting a new custom pc and within a day he had a parts and price list to me which I decided to go ahead with as I trusted his judgment since he had over 20 years experience. 4 days later I had my new hi spec pc and since taking delivery of it I have done some extensive gameplay with it and all I can say is wow!!!! This build has superseded my expectations and it’s incredible I could recommend him enough

I cannot recommend KP-PCBuilds highly enough, from the first time I contacted Karl I have received nothing but a triple A service. I wanted a 5090 system with a 9800X3D that would run reasonably quiet so I wanted to hand pick the components to achieve this result. I am a pretty demanding customer and Karl went well above and beyond to get everything I wanted. Communication throughout the process was top notch, keeping me updated at every stage. The finished result is absolutely fantastic. The build is very tidy and professional and it runs like a dream. It also looks really great with tasteful RGB. Karl delivered all this and came in under budget significantly cheaper than bigger outlets in the uk while also providing a better specified PC. Don’t bother with anyone else just buy from Karl.

I needed an upgrade to my aging PC as it was using HDD as storage and an old 2080ti GPU. I had a good idea of what specs I need and found out from the main computer manufactures how much it would cost (too much). Went to Karl and he looked at the spec and it was over 1k cheaper! After making suggestions the PC was built and about 10 days later (this was during Easter Holidays hence took slightly longer) I received it and its a lovely PC. Worth taking that chance and contacting Karl and see what he can do for you.

KP-PC Builds has now made multiple PCs for my friends and family totalling 8 and 2 of them being for myself. Recently building me his first Nvidia 5090 PC. He was able to source the parts which is difficult in itself as the 5090 is still very hard to find and put together a monster of a PC meeting all my gaming requirements at very reasonable costs incredibly better value than any other company's. Karl always responds quickly and is very helpful with any questions I've had. Very professional and will use him for all future builds.
