I messaged asking for a pc that could run the games I wanted to play within my budget and they were so helpful, answered all my questions, listened to what I wanted in the pc and kept me updated through out the whole building process. I’m so happy with my pc and will 100% use this company again!

Immediate responce from Karl over potential PC build for myself ,full itemisation of components he would use price and build time were all honoured ,as build progressed he kept in touch and i collected PC day before expected build .Overjoyed with spec and build quality for the money i paid, would definitely recommend ,a great service all round.

Karl has helped me for a few weeks to troubleahoot and then upgrade my PC. He did several component reinstallations, working around my schedule and letting me know whenever anything relevant came up. During troubleshooting he gave several options, and ultimately gave me an improved and fully working pc at a very fair price.

This was my first experience going into pc gaming as I’ve always wanted to try it but the problem is that I had no idea where to start but then I heard of kp-pc builds of someone that I knew and honestly couldn’t be any happier with the service I got with Karl!, he helped me pick out a pc that fitted my budget but whilst also being the most premium parts and got the pc built specially for you!, they are by far the best company for price as most parts are actually cheaper than most pre build sites, the overall time it took for everything to get made aswell was really fast and was sent out within the week, even when I had the pc in hand, Karl was very helpful into getting everything plugged up and went through step by step on how to get your pc set up, I honestly could not recommend someone more than this business as it is definitely the best customer service I’ve had and will definitely be using their service again!

Karl was quick to answer my questions and advise me on things I was unsure of. He also gave me a few different options to chose from within my budget. Top marks from beginning to end.

Honest about what I needed. When I said what I would spend, said I wouldn’t need to spend that to get what I wanted, saving me money. Gave me a timeline and honoured that without any issues. Product is now performing wonderfully

I really have no idea about PCs and wanted a decent level PC to run sim racing and a bit of VR. I was getting lost with the big online gaming PC companies so asked Karl to take a look at a rough spec I had, he recommended a number of improvements for a far more competitive price and built me up a fantastic PC which is totally beyond my expectations! The VR is a game changer - not sure I can go back to using a monitor!

Karl listened to what I needed in a PC and built the perfect machine. It does everything I need and more.
It was built within a few days, the shipping was quick and I couldn't recommend him enough.

As soon as we contacted Karl regarding a PC build for our son, we had a friendly and fast response. Our numerous questions were answered swiftly without issue and things were explained clearly so our son knew exactly what he was getting in his build. He wanted a gaming PC that won't need updating for some time and is quick to load and play etc. That's exactly what he has, and within his budget, thanks to Karl. Everything was built and tested so it's running perfectly, before being delivered personally in time for sons return from a week away, so son was really happy!
