Seeing Diggiloo was truly awesome.Parking was horrible. Leaving was HELL for sure!The toliets should have been opened as people waited in line. As a mom to children with special needs I have concerns.There should have been way more special need toliet on each side of the stage instead of just one in total, seriously?A few regular toliets should have been placed next to the special needs toliets,and staff should have told people that individuals with special needs are VIP and they have access to the special needs toilet FIRST!The new rules about what you can bring with you and not into any concert is really great,but they didn't do it correctly,so what's the point?Check everything and everybody and do it by the book!It was seriously a big joke.Nobody checked what was inside the bottles / containers that people were bringing in,and nobody checked the bike batteries, or anything else properly, people put stuff in there jackets and pockets ,it was truly an experience seeing this happening. If it is about safety, then check everything and have enough staff so you can ensure safety. There should have been an entrance and an exit just for individuals with special needs. They should not have to wait in a long and crowded line with a lot of noise and people. They should be able to exit without being pushed and feeling trapped by the crowd. They should be able to exit and enter easily. And if you are in a wheelchair you should be placed in front of the stage in a special area not away from the stage placed on the side, far away from the stage.This made me really upset. The special needs toliets should be overlooked it is probably not possible to get all wheelchairs into this toilet. Maybe open up the ones that are available at the stadium? It is called inclusion for a reason.
Parents should take responsibility for their own children during events like this, but sadly a few had to much alcohol consumed....And there were way to many people that had to much to drink being loud and rude and not enough guards at this event to help out.

Vi har enligt våra bokningsvillkor ingen skyldighet att återbetala dina biljetter eller att ersätta dig med en ny konsert. Det framgick av avtalspunkten (§ 14) Force Majeure i de bokningsvillkor du accepterade i samband med köp.

14 Force majeure
Force majeure gäller med avseende på dessa villkor och bestämmelser alla slags orsaker som ligger bortom AXS Sweden ABs och/eller biljettleverantörens kontroll, inklusive, utan begränsning, force majeure, naturkatastrofer, krig, uppror, upplopp, kravaller, terrorism, brand, explosion, översvämning, nationell sorg, stöld av kritisk utrustning, avsiktlig skadegörelse, strejk, lockout, väderförhållanden, krav från landets försvarsmakt eller åtgärder eller bestämmelser från nationella eller lokala myndigheter. Vare sig AXS Sweden AB eller biljettleverantören kommer att vara ansvarsskyldig gentemot dig i enlighet med dessa villkor och bestämmelser för annullering och/eller senareläggande av ett evenemang på grund av att en force majeure-händelse inträder.

Coronapandemin är en händelse som faller under Force Majeure.

Den uppfattningen delar även ARN Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, som medger att:
Nämnden anser därför att avtalsvillkoret gäller för den uppkomna situationen och att det innebär att xxx därför enligt avtalsvillkoret inte är berättigad att återfå biljettkostnaden.

Vi och våra jurister delar dock inte ARN:s uppfattning att villkoret är oskäligt och kan lämnas utan avseende. Enligt oss är villkoret tydligt och skäligt mot bakgrund av de kostnader vi haft för evenemanget och att vi erbjudit möjligheten till en ersättningsföreställning under 2022.

ARN, allmänna reklamationsnämnden är ingen domstol. Ett beslut från ARN är endast en rekommendation.

Vi vidhåller därmed vår hållning, att våra bokningsvillkor gäller.
Vi har gjort allt i vår makt för att du som biljettköpare, trots en pandemi, ska kunna få ta del av den upplevelse du köpt, dock vid ett senare tillfälle. Vi har lyckats lösa ett ersättningsdatum. Vi hoppas att du väljer att gå på det nya datumet och tar del av konsertupplevelsen som du en gång valt att köpa. Återbetalning av biljetten kommer inte att ske.

Företaget följer inte ARNs beslut om återbetalning. Köp ej biljetter från detta företag. De säljer via olika biljettmäklare så som Showtic.se etc så det är svårt att lätt se vilket företag man faktiskt köper ifrån.
