KKDesigns (Kreative Kitchen Designs) Opiniones

Overall a very positive experience with Kreative Kitchen Design. Darren was able to make a quick dishwasher installment hassle free. Highly recommend!

We have had a really professional, friendly and efficient service and plenty of advice. We are pleased to have chosen KK Designs for two new bathrooms and one cloakroom, highly recommend!

We just had some wardrobes and chest of drawers fitted by KKDesigns. Great communication throughout, lots of advice on hand as we chose what we wanted and some creative thinking to overcome the curveballs our walls, pipes and floor threw their way! Lovely hardworking chaps who we were very happy to leave to get on when we went out. They tided up beautifully too and took all the rubbish away. We're lucky to have this company in our town! Thank you everyone!

We have just had 1 room converted to a bathroom and an existing bathroom converted to a shower room by KK Designs. From the outset they were very informative and helped us with design suggestions (including areas we had not thought of) right through to the installation which was fairly unobtrusive and very professional. All the fitters were a delight to have around and nothing was too much trouble with constant checks along the process and we had no issues leaving them to their own devices whilst we went out on our activities. With regards to the cost, we found them to be very competitive but with the added advantage of dealing with one point of contact leaving us with just 1 trade to organise (external groundworks). We did add a few things along the way which was accommodated with no issues. I cannot rate this company and their professional fitters highly enough and we have ended up with 2 rooms which we are now very proud of and happy for our visitors to use and they have also added a high level of luxury to our home. We would highly recommend KK Designs and would consider using them again in the future for a kitchen refurbishment.

From the very start of our consultation with Tracy at KK Designs and all the way through planning and installation of our new kitchen everything has been smoothly dealt with.
Darren, Chris and the rest of the team always turned up when they said would, were tidy workers and always ensured that when they left we weren’t in chaos.
Upon completion Darren walked us through what they had done and made sure we were happy with the finish.
More importantly when there were issues after the initial installation, not their fault, Tracey and Darren were quick to respond and rectify. Really good to have such good after service.
We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them to others and they will certainly be our first port of call if we require any further kitchen or bathroom work.

We have used Darren and Tracy many times over the past 15 years. They are always very professional and friendly in discussing and advising on new projects. On agreement of quotation the work is always completed to a very high standard.

This company was a pleasure to have to do the work fitting my new bathroom. Right from the start the contact and service was great. Tracy was so helpful with the design and had a lot patience when helping to choose the tiles and flooring as I’m not great at the artistic bit. The fitters are all really friendly, tidy and very good about keeping the door shut so no dogs escaped. The finish is to a high standard and I am so pleased with the result.
A big thank you to Tracy, Darren and the rest of the team.

Very small job re-fixing a toilet roll holder and installing a grab rail to help my wife negotiate the downstairs loo more safely. As always very efficient and prompt service. I recommend the company and all staff very much.

We used KKDesigns for replacing bathroom sinks with vanity units and some tiling etc. They were professional, friendly, did a great job and cleaned up as they worked. Perfect. Fully recommended.

I'm not one for writing reviews normally but on the occasion I feel it's a must! I can't express how happy we are with our new kitchen. From the design process with Tracy to the install with Darren everything was just brilliant!

Chris came and fitted our new tap which looks great. We had an emergency as the old tap had flown off as it was loose so KK Designs came to the rescue very quickly. Fortunately we’d ordered our tap and it had come in that day.
We can’t recommend KK enough, excellent!

Have just had our bathroom and ensuite completely refitted by KK Designs. A totally professional service from start to finish. Darren came out and discussed what could be done, Tracy drew up the plans and listened to our needs, making alterations as necessary. We spent time in the wonderful showroom with Tracy choosing everything from fixtures, fittings, tiles and even grouting. So nice to have everything in one place.
Tom and Sam worked tirelessly and treated our house respectively, cleaning up at the end of each long day. The end results are perfect and we have two high quality bathrooms.
Have already recommended to friends! Thank you.

KKDesigns have just completed work on our downstairs cloakroom. Darren, Tracy and the team have been very professional throughout the process. The team carrying out the work has been excellent, checking the smallest of details to ensure that we were happy with the end result. It has been a quality job and I will be booking them in to do our en-suite. Thank you KKDesigns. It has been great to receive such brilliant customer service.

The work carried out by KK designs was to a high standard. They were very professional and helpful. The staff were friendly and polite. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the company.

A very helpful and professional company to deal with from start to finish.
Would highly recommend them.

My husband and I have just had bath out and a walk in shower fitted. The service from showroom to final final fit was excellent, no one could have been more helpful. Thank you all . Sylvia and John

KK Designs are professional and their attention to detail is impressive. We have had two bathrooms and a kitchen refurbishment over the years and never been disappointed. As older customers the work was carried out thoughtfully with care for our home. The staff are polite and friendly and worked their socks off all day. They respected our property and cleared everything away before leaving. Well done KK Designs.

Kreative Kitchens fitted a new kitchen for us 12 or so years ago. They did an excellent job and at what I considered was a very fair price and both Darren and his wife, Tracy, took such trouble to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Recently, we required the width of a cupboard to be decreased so that we could accommodate a new fridge freezer and the job was done by Darren himself, with the help of two of his fitters. The work was done promptly and to a very high standard and, once again, at a very fair price. I recommend Darren and his highly knowledgeable wife, Tracy, to anyone.

We have used KK kitchens for two bathroom, kitchen and cloakroom. They are so helpful, professional and their staff are hardworking and so polite. I would definitely recommend them , their service is first class.

KK recently designed and completely refitted two bathrooms for us. The work was very well done (including some electrical stuff that also needed doing) and the guys working on it were brilliant.

Why I'm really impressed, though, is that there were a couple of minor problems that always happen when you're having extensive work done. They were out within a very short time to fix them at a time of our convenience. You really can't complain about their customer service.
