Krest Media is a scam

Krest Media is a scam. They guarantee a sale in your first 30 days or your money back. I’m convinced they buy something from your store through another account with them so they don’t have to give your investment back. Think we made 300 bucks the entire time I invested. Now I can’t even get ahold of them. There needs to be a lawsuit. Message me on Facebook if anyone has anymore info.

Do not consider using these grifters

This is a horrible company that just takes your money and gives you nothing in return. Awful experience - negligible sales - poor account management - a complete scam. Avoid these clowns! The 5 star reviews on here are by employees and/or friends of management. Check them out on the BBB website - they have an F rating. Please find me on FB as I would like to be included in the inevitable class-action lawsuit that's going to arise.

Krest Media - total scam and utterly disappointing

- Started store on 9th June 2023
- 4 “store managers”, $10,000+ in the red which includes initial investment
- “Store managers” debrief
- Jose: first “store manager” from June to mid-Aug. Didn’t do anything during his term and without notification left my store. I was in the red $800 (apart from my initial investment+zendrop+tiktok+Shopify cost)
- Next comes Kate. She came “highly recommended” but didn’t live up to the hype. Managed my store from mid-Aug to Jan 2024. I was in the red another $6k. This was the time I was forced to pay a threshold to cover “staff salaries”. I have covered that in detail further down in the post.
- Come Feb and Kate disappears with no communication and in comes Adriel. I will say he tried to make amends and set up calls with me to go over strategy but none of it really worked cause guess what..Krest Media really doesn’t have a strategy. It sure seems like they are only interested in taking money from you and have no accountability when it comes to making you money. At this point I am at a loss of a total of $10k including my initial investment which is when I decided to call it quits. They didn't even have the decency to respond to me and help me deactivate my store.
At this point, Adriel just leaves my slack group chat and Cindy (who happens to be the absolute worst of the lot and claims to be the manager) doesn’t respond to any messages from me.

I will probably run out of adjectives to describe an absolutely awful experience with Krest Media. Their definition of store management is a joke and they need to seriously shut shop instead of fooling other genuine investors like me.
Worst part, when you try to collect the initial investment that is rightfully yours given they weren’t able to make a profit of $4997+ in 12 months, they conveniently ignore your messages. However when it comes to any payment due from you, they will chase you to no end.
Let’s talk about the “store managers” now. The reason I have put the title in quotes is because their job is a joke. They don’t really have a strategy and their cookie cutter responses to anything you say is frustrating and fake. They really don’t care about your store - all they care about is getting you to reach the 3 month mark so they can start making free money through what they call “minimum threshold”. Apparently this is to cover their “staff” salaries for the month..meaning they don’t really have any incentive to make your store profitable.
Next, I’d like to demystify some terms they use. Ad spend: the client, which is me, has to cover all ad costs. This means they expect you to shell out around $600+ per month in ad spend..and guess what..if you didn’t make any sales it’s because they need more money for ad spend to identify the right customers..what a joke!!!!
I am going to pursue the legal route as I have enough evidence with respect to graphs and charts showing my losses over time including reports directly from my Shopify account. My parting words are - please engage with them at your own cost. This is my experience and while I understand others might have different opinions, I have seen many reviews like mine off late and I would like to warn other naive investors like me.

Not good for business

I have been with krest media for a year now and have made 1k total. After putting out more than 1800 for ads plus 500 that the company gave me. At one point i even lost money on orders that ended up having charge backs but products were still sent out to customers and i had to foot the whole bill, and nothing was done about it by my "management team". I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unless you like investing money in to something that wont give you a return .

****Scam Alert***

****Scam Alert***
Unfortunately , like so many others, I need to share the absolute disappointment my experience with Krest has been.

***5k Startup to get an UMAINTAINED website
***Being promised SEO and 'Organic sales' yet these were never the plan used- Just a weekly reminder to add money to TIK TOK for advertising and 'testing'...on AVERAGE of 1k monthly
***It was never made clear that there was $500 MINIMUM the company required each month to 'continue servicing the account'
***After 8 months we produced approx. 4k in sales with FIFTEEN THOUSAND in expenses
***Every week we were given a reel to be shown and not once was the reel shown used?!
***And of course as we started applying some pressure to "Adriel" (real name?) to get us results he has now ghosted the company

We are looking for any and all options open to us to make sure no one else gets robbed by these folks but please BEWARE

If I could give no stars I would!

If I could give no stars I would!! Total scam. These low life’s take your 5k, assign you a “manager”. Mine was in Norway. Norway? Really? Adriel Gonzalez. Guy is total lip service while demanding his $500 every month. Had sales, but no where near what was needed to be profitable. Same old, same old, for 7 months. Finally I pulled the plug. Now? CRICKETS. Can’t get ahold of ANYONE from Krest, all, including Srinivas (The alleged CEO), have conveniently silenced notifications. I will be posting on every social media platform I can so others don’t fall for their scam. When they courted me to invest with them they were always readily available. NOW? Even the phone number goes to some full voicemail. Their address has also changed from Delaware to Florida. Seem to be moving around to avoid detection. If anyone has more info please contact me.

Stay far far away

Whatever you do, do not join this company or give them any of your money, you will lose it all. I am warning you, learn from my mistake and don’t do what I did and lose thousands joining them. They are not “experts” and had no idea how to sell anything. They don’t do all this product research they just use your account as a way to try to test products and nothing ever sells.

As for their “money back guarentee” don’t be fooled by it. After 3 months they make you pay 500 a month in maintenance fees, and at the end of 12 months they say you will get back the 4997 you initially invested but if you’ve paid 4500 for 9 months of maintenance fees in addition the the original 4997 and then you get 4997 back, you still paid them 4500 in fees that you don’t get back, in additional to all the ad spend and everything else. You will LOSE thousands with Krest most likely.

My account manager was Cindy and 1 of my account managers was also Marcus or something like that - I forget his name he either quit or got fired after he was assigned to my account.

Like what other people are saying, if you’ve already been scammed by these people you can file with the BBB, file a chargeback with your bank, or even go to small claims.

Spend your money elsewhere. Stay far away.

Title: Utter Disappointment - Krest Media Falls Short

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Krest Media recently, and it has left me incredibly dissatisfied. From their lackluster services to their unprofessional attitude, this company has proven to be a complete waste of time and money.

To begin with, the quality of their work was abysmal. I hired them for a website design project, and what I received was far below expectations. The layout was haphazardly organized, the colors clashed terribly, and the overall design seemed outdated. It was clear that little thought or effort had been put into the project.

Additionally, the communication with their team was dreadful. They were slow to respond, if they even bothered to respond at all. The lack of professionalism was astounding. I felt ignored and neglected throughout the entire process, as if my project wasn't important to them.

But what truly infuriated me was their audacity to charge exorbitant fees for this subpar work. I could have easily hired someone with half the price to do a far better job. It was clear that Krest Media was solely interested in squeezing as much money as possible from their clients, without providing any value in return.

I regret trusting Krest Media with my hard-earned money. They are clearly not capable of delivering on their promises, and their lack of integrity is evident. If you are considering doing business with them, I strongly advise against it.

When attempting to present the figure that represents the daily average, it is important to note that this data does not solely reflect the sales of a single day. Instead, it encompasses the cumulative sales across multiple stores, strategically presented in a compelling manner to entice your interest and potentially lead you into a deceptive scheme.

Save yourself the headache, frustration, and wasted money and look elsewhere for your digital media needs. Krest Media is a prime example of a company that prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction. Stay away at all costs!
We should convene and initiate legal proceedings under the Action law.

I invested more than $5k with Krest and after more than a year, my revenue was less than $500. My program and account managers seem to have left the company.

I followed up via Facebook message her, email and tried to schedule a call which is unavailable.

I have yet to hear back from Krest. Either they went out of business or only were concerned to collect my initial investment.

Just like a lot of people I got scammed too

Just like a lot of other reviews, I was scammed too. I invested the initial $4,997 and so much more for ads and so on. I have made less than $1,000 in over a year. About a month ago the company has disappeared 👻, messages go unanswered, no response, I even had advertising funds in my account and can’t get it back. If there’s going to be a class action lawsuit I will be part of it. The last thing I heard is they sold company to an Indian company most like will be a new name. Be careful people.

Krest Media is a complete fraud

Krest Media is a complete fraud. I invested the $4997 back in August of 2023 and invested several thousand more with their promises of turning things around and making me some profit. They wasted my money with a lot of failed tactics and now they have just completely disappeared! They do not reply to any messages of mine for over a month now. They have just completely ghosted me! I was hoping to get my initial investment back after a year as their contract guarantees but they have just stopped responding to anything so that is a lost pipe dream at this point it seems.

Paid them $4,997 startup and $600 per month for TikTok advertising. After 90 days they also wanted a minimum of $500 per month to manage my business. During the first 90 days they often ignored me (sometimes for a week), failed to post new products, and wrote horrible product descriptions (Ex. buy a torniquet kit in case you are attacked by a flock of flamingo's.) When I escalated the matter to a manager, she agreed that I was not being treated properly and said it would get better. Then they closed my business. Total SCAM. When signing up they said I would make thousands each month - during those 90 days I made less than $200 total. SCAM. Don't just walk away from Krest Media... RUN!

Extremely Misleading Advertising for Deeply Negative Returns

In my initial consultation call, I was guaranteed that my first sale would be made within the first 4 weeks or I would receive a full refund of my initial investment of $4997. I was also led to believe that within the initial 90 day period, I would be making enough to cover, at minimum, the advertising expenses and the $500 per month service fee. After 90 days, I was not making anywhere near enough to cover ad spend and the service fee, so I requested that the 90 days get extended an additional 30 days. This was graciously granted. After the 30 day extension expired, I began paying the $500 per month service fee. I patiently continued with them with the assurance from the account manager that my store was about to take off any day now. During this time, I purchased one of the products listed on my store; a small electronic device. The device took about a month to arrive and was EXTREMELY low quality, and dead on arrival. Since it obviously shipped from China, I decided it was not worth it to try to return it for a replacement or a refund. After about 8 months, during which time I accumulated about $5000 in credit card debt from paying for Ad spend and the service fee, and after my terrible experience with the miserable product from my own store, I decided it was time to pull the plug. During this 8 month period, I only made $810.23 in total sales. While reviewing my contract with them and looking at the day of signing to the day I made my first sale, I discovered that the first sale was made a day after the 4 week period expired. I understand that ventures like this are not without risk, and sales are not guaranteed, despite the hyped up claims initially made, but this was a clear breach of contract (and I have a nagging suspicion that the first sale was made by an agent of their company when they realized that the 4 week period had ended). In light of this understanding, I only requested a refund of the initial investment of $4997. This would approximately pay off the $5,000 in credit card debt that I accumulated and I could walk away from it, lessons learned. Each time I have contacted them about it, their managers have continually insisted that the first sale was within the 4 week period, however, I think a small claims judge would disagree. I presented the situation to a lawyer friend of mine and he concurs that the contract has been breached. So I will be filing a small claims law suit for the recovery of damages, which will exceed the initial $4997.

Thieves.

I have been with Krest Media now since June of 2023 and had some very tailored expectations coming into this experience. Obviously they are going to hype up their abilities and give you what their "best" customers are doing so can't fault them for that. This is going to be my honest experience and from what I've read people have has the same experiences that I have had. The 5 star reviews for this company either seem to be from internal sources or completed fabricated chatGPT generated reviews.

So I started back in June full of hope and felt the early stages were very good. The communication was there with my account manager, and in my first month generated a gross profit of $800 (~$300 Gross after ad spend). I was elated and only assumed sales would either remain steady or increase slightly every month after. I continued to pay for ad services on Tik Tok and the next month saw a decrease in sales. OK I'm fine with that as long as there was a plan in place to continue to advertise and generate sales.

The proceeding months were less than desirable I was in constant communication with Leon, who I'm not even sure works there anymore, on ways to improve the sales with ads and different products to add to the store. I was all for spending more money if it was going to generate traffic and returns, but I wasn't given any useful insight from my "account manager", especially on the eve of busy holiday season where I assumed sales would be at their peak. Every month the same thing. $500 in ad spend to make 2 sales a month. Not consistently running ads like I had asked and only on some weekends, so not please through the holidays as this continued. But I was patient and was hoping the team was doing the best it could for me especially since I was also paying them $500/month for their services. I don't think they were worth anywhere near that especially since they most likely recycle ads and products to all of their customers.

In December this came to a head and I lodged a complaint to where a new account manager took over and was apparently the "best person" to run the account. They even gave me a month discount to continue with their services through January. Same result, 2 sales, but this time the team became less and less responsive. Then they added a different account manager Jelon to my account who's copied and pasted messages and answers were just infuriating me more.

Now we are in February 2024. I cannot even get a response from anyone in my Slack chat. I have been left with no where else to turn, but to warn others who are thinking this is a good move to trust Krest Media with their services. I have asked for a formal refund as there is no way on this green earth that they will gross the $4997 in 12 months as stated in their contract, to which again I have been returned crickets. At this point I will be reaching out to my legal council to deal with the ineptitude and breach of contract by Krest Media.

This is my open and honest review as a paying customer of their services. Everyone is free to make their own choices and to pursue a business relationship with Krest Media, but be warned it most likely wont have a happy ending.
